10月中下旬去漢堡出差，會議酒店超預算，我們選了附近這家酒店。地理位置還可以，到地鐵和會場都幾分鐘。就是酒店的服務實在不敢恭維。我入住後酒店房間的水是空的，同事房間的是打開的，如下圖。我給酒店前台電話，對方的電話裏回覆impossible。我下樓到前台，有個印度人的面孔接待，我拿照片給他看，面無表情，也不道歉，就説是housekeeping的問題，還特別傲慢，旁邊餐吧的人還拿了氣泡和still的問我要哪個。旁邊經理在服務兩個白人女的，我實在忍不住吐槽，説他們這個人服務態度問題，經理想我到了歉，他就一直沒有。第二天早上吃早餐和餐廳門口的黑人女的打招呼，微笑，對方也是面無表情，看來是真應該冷麪相對。還有同事最後要住宿單也是被歧視。其他住宿和打掃還不錯。BTW，旁邊有個監獄，還有法學院，不遠處還有法庭，和同事説就差警察局啦，一條龍服務，哈哈。

Alles was man braucht. Sehr freundlich. Das Hotel eine Lobby mit Bar,wo man den Abend ruhig ausklingen lassen kann. Das Hotel ist ruhig. Schöönes sauberes Bad mit Dusche.Auto kann man bequem in der Tiefgarage parken und von dort direkt ins Hotel hoch fahren. Sehr praktisch. Frühstück klein,aber fast alles da.

Hallo, der Service im Hotel war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es war schwierig das Parkhaus zum Hotel zu finden und auch im Parkhaus den Eingang zum Hotel.
Das Zimmer war schön warm eingerichtet. Das Bad sehr elegant, lediglich der Fön müsste ausgetauscht werden, da er nach zehn Sekunden ausgeht.
Der große Fernseher ist schön aber leider kann man sich nicht über Bluetooth verbinden.
