Mainly close to the son's dormitory, no refrigerator, no pen, no tea bag... The price is here, the interior is very simple and there is no pick. The location is very convenient. Within 5 minutes, the subway station, the bakery, and many supermarkets... The carpet is old, stains, and I don’t know why, the sheets look very white, but I have a urine smell when I go to sleep. Fortunately, the service is OK, the front desk is very polite.

We stayed here for 5 days for a family visit. The hotel surprised us in a good way. Everything was clean efficient and pleasant. The location was also ideal for us (5min to the subway/tube station). Modern building, nice breakfast buffets - nice bathroom, and quiet room. Couldn't ask for more. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. I think it also presented good value for money.

I stayed here for 4 nights, in a room on my own. The room was fine for me, but would be very small for 2 people. It was clean as was the bathroom, with good quality towels. Body wash/shampoo is provided, but no shower caps or hair conditioner. Breakfast was good the one day I had it, but very expensive in my opinion. I had requested a top sheet and blanket for my bed when I booked, I was not informed that no blankets were available. Luckily I was able to borrow some from a relative who lives nearby. The operate a system whereby if you put a sign outside on your door, they then merely empty the bins and change any towels you leave on the floor. For doing this you receive a voucher for a free drink at the bar - the bar is just inside the door at the reception area and while it has quite a good range of drinks it is not a very comfortable area.

Hôtel visiblement rénové récemment ou tout simplement récent. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie était bonne. L'hôtel est bien entretenu. Petit dej très correct. Point positif: l'emplacement. Proche d'une U station ( Hamburger Strasse) qui nous amène facilement en 15/20 mn dans le cœur de ville. Nous avons trouvé une place dans la rue pour notre voiture . Rien à redire

The BO Hotel is a better assembly accommodation, but no hotel as you can imagine. Our room was dark and the beds were awaited. The mattress of one bed was awaited and you were in the so-called cool. To be quiet about the optical state of the beds. With art leather, that at the corners and edges was partly no longer present - very unpleasant. If I had looked at photos of the hotel's outdoor view before booking, I wouldn't have booked it, the facade already says a few things. Breakfast - for the whole 14,-- € per person - the purest farce. For the money we would have received a richly varied breakfast at the age. However, here we can't talk about rich or even choice. Stumbled muffins and hard breads are only two of the things that have not voted here. Our conclusion: BO-Hotel - no thank you. Where are the positive reviews from here? !

The hotel isn't quite finished yet, but I still felt very comfortable there. The location is great, you can quickly walk to the Alster or take the subway to the city center. There are many practical details in the hotel (kitchen in the room, water dispenser in the breakfast room). The staff is very friendly. Especially for only 3 nights, I thought it was great that no room service was included - you really don't need it in such a short time. The breakfast contained everything you need to start the day. The only thing I missed was a kind of bedside table next to the bed and salt/pepper shakers on the tables at breakfast - there was only one on the buffet, which is a bit impractical. Overall thanks for a great weekend and see you soon!

Temporary looking for a hotel, still quite satisfactory, but far from the city center, a small partner without a car may not be suitable. This was my third visit to Hamburg and first time to stay out of town and was not disappointed. The reception staff were friendly , helpful and welcoming . We arrived in the morning with my niece after a tiring flight and we were pleasantly surprised to get a room after waiting for only 30 minutes. We had settled in the lounge waiting for after noon check in. This is a rare gesture as I have been at hotels that insist on waiting for check in time even when rooms are available. The room was clean and with two beds, suitable as we were two. Hot shower, medium bathroom, necessary toiletries. ( bring along your bathroom slippers and shampoo) Check out time was suitable and we had the option of leaving luggage in baggage store Two super markets, convenient store, restaurants all within a 2-7 min walking distance and so was the train and bus station Our room overlooked main road, so sound of cars though the night I would stay again !
