I had a really pleasent stay here for one night. First of all, the rooms are really great with a big space. Great for a group or a family. The staffs were really sweet, helpful and attentive. They even upgraded our room which made my stay more comfortable. The basic amenities are of good quality. Also, the hotel is in good location. It's closed to most of restaurants, night market and the beach. Really recommend this place if you are visiting to Ha Long!

The staff at this hotel were outstanding and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. They helped us arrange a boat trip and airport transfer without hassle. The room was lovely and clean and the location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we really have the wonderful staff to thank for that. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good place to stay. I stayed with my family for 1 night only but was suprised with the room at first, very clean, very beautiful, completely suitable for family. My childs were enjoyed. The location is very closed to the crowded market nearby.

A good hotel in Ha Long City and great staffs. Everyone there was up to their feet to help out. We stayed our whole 3 nights with this hotel and it was a memorable stay. Thanks to each one of them. Cafe on the first floor is amazing. I have spent most of my time here. I will always recommend this hotel for people looking to stay in Ha Long

Very nice and cute hotel which has a beautiful coffee shop named Muse. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommended this place and must try the coffee shop in order to have a lot of beautiful pictures

Room: cozy, elegant, and clean. The hotel cares about the environment by using as many eco-friendly products as they can. Highly recommend with a family with kids or couple. To my family with 1 kid, the room capacity is perfect. Location: in Sun Plaza, Ha Long Street, closed to many local restaurants with walking distance. It’s in quite and safe area. Staffs: always friendly and helpful whenever you need anything. Ms. Phuong (Gloria) is professional and informative with booking and helpful when I have any questions. Downstairs is a small coffee, tea and cake shop which will be there for you if you need sweet time!

Very nice owner. Fresh vegetarian breakfast. Lovely Piano music. Vegan Coffee Options, also Matcha Latte with plant milk. The location is designed very pittoresk. Just to create a lovely Moment in life.
