We were lucky to get a room here just a few hours before we checked in! The hotel has an excellent location, in the historic centre of Halmstad on the walking street. There are several good restaurants around the hotel, we tried Pio and were very pleased. Next time we will try the hotel restaurant, it looks wonderful. Our room was very comfortable, great beds! The bathroom was the only downside as it was small and the glass shower doors had a big gap so the entire bathroom floor got wet. There is space in the room entrance to build a bigger bathroom, so hopefully one day they will expand it. Breakfast was an unexpected highlight. What a spread! Everything you could imagine was there and it was nicely presented and replaced often. The breakfast staff were very kind and helpful, which put us in a good mood the rest of the day. We really liked this stylish hotel, it has a great vibe to it and welcoming staff. We hope to return one day.

A little bit off the absolute center, but Halmstad is small and easily walkable. Perfect for an overnight stay. Everything you basically need is there. Comfortable, but narrow, beds. Small bathrooms. Charming hotel, with old world architecture and furnishings, but with new world amenities. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days in a spacious and bright room on the 2nd floor, warmly named: The Lieutenants Room. We would have loved the Captain's room since we were staying for a while...but enjoyed our room nonetheless. The breakfast and dinner buffets are not so impressive but given the location and it being corona times, there was a good selection of food. The only annoying thing is there are quite a bit of noise outside in the mornings. From 9am to 12pm the beeping sound of reversing trucks doesn't stop and it is quite annoying. Hotels, should really inform their guests about such things.

The breakfast: The Nordic countries, and Germany, are masters in brunch style breakfast settings. I love to hang out with a newspaper on a Sunday morning.

We have been in this hotel 3 times.We love it.This is our fourth time and we choose to celebrate New Year's package/ dinner,party, overnight,breakfast/ Hotel was very nice decorated,faster check in at reception,dinner was gourmet Delicious.Very clean restaurant,very clean rooms ,very festive atmosphere . Breakfast was fantastic like always. But the Fun part Was Not that we have Expected!!At 5 hours dinner only 5 songs😉😂We thought we have a simple dinner with some music, Not At New Year's Dinner with Nice music band to Entertain New year's guests,as Is Proper!This Nice hotel with big restaurant Deserve Real Celebrations.The Sky bar disco dance was The Same - Not That we have Expected! Most of music was Latino and Afrikans😉 New year's Party in hotel like this ,need Party 🥳 music to all ages to entertain the Guests to The Max! Most of Guest was age 40-60 and we expect The Management of hotel that organised this events to comply with All details to make Unforgettable New year party for Guests & and they will be back next year for in sure! The minigolf area at the entrance is greatly built. The complete area is clean and maintained. Although in the large mobile home there are comfortable sleeping options but careful. The conditions are too large and therefore you are deeply suited with the width of the bed. My mother even fell out of bed. You couldn't close the bedroom door because it was no longer in the anchorage. The deflux in the washing basin in the bathroom was stuck and therefore it stumped out of the deflux. Mobile homes should be checked more often.

A good place for the night at a reasonable price. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Check in was made in the building next door. Located at the end of a street, so it's quiet and nice. Good breakfast for 8 eur per person. A bit responsive but we didn't bother.
