Hotel la Neige Honkan

The Shadian building is full of European style. Upon arrival, a hotel attendant will introduce in detail the services provided by the hotel, and provide hot tea and snacks, which is full of ritual and warmth. Although the room is not big, it has a bathtub where you can take a hot bath, which is very comfortable. Since I couldn't catch the free shuttle bus to the ski resort, I returned to the hotel to pick up the luggage and take the highway bus back to Shinjuku. The hotel thoughtfully sent a special car and luggage to the station for free. The service provided by the Japanese is worth learning from the service industry in Hong Kong. As for the food, the breakfast in the morning only had American and Pancake sets to choose from, and the taste was average. For the Japanese food in the hotel that night, I ordered Shabu Shabu. The price was reasonable and the portion was sufficient. On the other hand, the Gilled Fish Meal was smaller in size and more expensive than the beef stew, so it was less cost-effective. What I like the most is the mediocre bowl of udon, so delicious! Overall, this is a 4-star hotel that is definitely worth recommending for its cost-effectiveness.

The hotel was built in an older era, so the facilities are not comparable to those of newer hotels. However, the sanitation condition is okay, the service is full marks, and the overall stay experience is still very good.

The hotel is located in the resort hotel area of ​​Baima Village, with a beautiful environment. It takes about 3 to 5 minutes to drive out of the central area. The hotel room is big. Towels are provided in the lobby for guests who want to soak in the hot springs, which is very considerate.

I saw cockroaches in the toilet. The service attitude is very good, but the internal facilities are old and there is no elevator. There is a smell in the room. I suspect that the smell of the carpet is a bit smelly.

The hospitality of the staff was wonderful in every way. They did their best to help with everything from small issues to problems.

Laneige main building is quiet in late autumn. The customer service was always full of hospitality, and the room was upgraded, so I was able to spend a relaxing time and soothe my daily fatigue. Since our plan included breakfast, we went to the Happo-no-Yu hot springs in the evening, which was about a 3-minute drive away. I enjoyed the bathtub in the room, which also had a massage function and a cute faucet that could be mistaken for a telephone receiver. Breakfast was a feast for both the eyes and the palate, with soup made from ancient purple rice, potato quiche, edible hoozuki, and a new variety of apple. Next time I would like to try a plan that includes dinner.
