Nice service!
English level of the staff is good.
The western meal is good, especially the soup.
The hot spring is good and I felt good with the skin.
I left on the Valentine’s Day, I received a gift of a chocolate biscuit from the front reception of the hotel.
I hope I will visit the hotel again.

Hotel is very beautiful, the historical vibe is very iconic. Suggest to stay in the japanese style rooms as it gives better vibes. Garden has quite a bit of sakura blooming. Very spacious room. Around 30 usd to cab up from train station.

One of the best I have ever stayed. Can’t be picky on it! They have everything at the top standard - service, facilities, staffs, food etc. The hotel itself can already be a touristy spot for half to one day, given it’s a historical building with stories. Highly recommended!

傳統日式旅館。1、最佳的是房間裝修，佈局合理，睡的舒服。2、環境設計其實一般，沒有吹的那麼細膩高檔，但有個很大的花園可以散散步。3、缺點是，温泉比較弱。4、餐飲口味一般，且溢價嚴重（菊華莊），加服務費3w多的set，刺身連點油脂感都沒有（含圖）。5、拿行李的接待，態度很好，但晚餐懷石料理的服務員，是日本9天行裏態度最差的，且在第二天和前台反饋後前台基本沒啥反應。

環境非常的好，服務也特別的棒，早餐有日式，法式，美式，在不同的餐廳，吃完可以院子裏逛一逛，逛好可以泡個湯，泡完可以做個按摩，但要提前預約，這家酒店有很多餐廳，都要預約的，我們下午3點預約的，要到早上8點半才能去餐廳，所以提前預約，離車站非常近
