五一出行這個天氣住環翠樓剛剛好。 小朋友第一次睡在榻榻米上非常興奮。 不過看着薄薄一層厚的玻璃牆門和紙門，秋冬季節我就不太確定是不是一個很好的選擇了。 服務很周到，從進入酒店到自己房間上洗手間 換了5次拖鞋😂 感覺到了日本的OCD。 酒店交通算是便利，強羅電車站步行3分鐘，最近的lawson要走10分鐘，如果要打車需要提前預約或者去強羅站碰運氣。 酒店本身環境非常優美，可以理解梁啟超為啥要住一個月了。

酒店就在強羅站附近 走路大概5分鐘 非常的方便。酒店的位置相對比較獨立，感覺擁有整片森林。日式的榻榻米房間，整體算是比較乾淨的。酒店服務非常的貼心，英文交流OK。我們晚上到的比較晚，特意打電話請店家預留晚餐。住的是本館，還算是方便，入住後店家會一步一步把你帶到房間，給你介紹各種設施和使用方法和注意事項，非常的細緻。晚餐早餐都很豐盛！不過要吐槽一點點 ，可能是我口味比較清淡，但日本的餐食是真的鹹🥹。懷石料理稍微好點… 院子的風景是非常讚的！最值得期待的是室外温泉。我是早上趁娃沒有醒的時候跑去的（早上6點就可以開泡了！）。清晨的日出+晨霧+紅葉🍁簡直不要太完美！PS 這家小店還接待過天皇！贊一個！想要體驗傳統日式酒店的可以沖了！

離開車站很近，強羅車站出去下坡就到，吃飯房間都安排好了，老酒店就很懷舊，就是廁所沒有空調，在走廊外面，有點悲劇，房間看出去景色很美，能看到日出，很幸運，露天温泉去的時候也沒人，很幸運

酒店雖然有年代感 但是入住體驗很好！乾淨，安靜，雅緻，而且離強羅小火車站非常近，雖然上下坡推行李有點累。

環境非常好。走廊有點潮濕。服務員都比較親切，英語也不錯，溝通順暢。餐食也還不錯。但是，特別無語的是，泡温泉有位國人大姐澡都不洗就要下來。我説她之後很不情願的用水沖沖就下來，然後拿手機打視頻電話。我們趕緊跑了。我認真看了一下提示牌，沒有不許帶手機的要求。真是很噁心。然後去户外湯，又遇到倆老外穿戴整齊往回走，我猜也沒洗澡。這個管理太拉胯了。以後不再想去了。以面對國際旅客為主的酒店不認真教遊客怎麼泡温泉，不做充分引導和管理，我覺得酒店責任要大於無知遊客。
