裝修雖然有點年頭，但裝修用料、裝修工藝絕對是豪宅級別的。房子夠大，三間房，住5到6人足夠了。小區環境也不錯，出門桂花香味撲鼻。門口有免費車位，很方便。老闆人也很好，為來觀潮的我們提供時間表。

很描述的一樣，房間打掃很乾凈，小區門口是小超市，周邊叫外賣比較方便。因為是電子門鎖也沒有和房東交接鑰匙的環節，和前幾位房客説的一樣門窗上面沒有紗窗，而且房間內缺少驅蚊用品。電視機是壞的，冰箱也是壞的，造成在奶牛場買的鮮牛奶到家後變成酸奶了。小區內不讓停車，小區外的停車位由海寧停車管理公司掃碼收費，停了兩天通過app繳費41元，而且停車位緊張需要等空位。 再來説優點，小區很安靜，小區門口有超市也有公交車站，去各個景點打車費用也不高，每個房間打掃的的確很乾凈，要自己做飯的話，叮咚和盒馬半小時就可以送到。
