一晚上1000多，住的什麼垃圾酒店呀，衞生間還發出陣陣惡臭！到的時候説有人接，結果自己拖鞋箱子去找辦理住宿的地方，然後有人帶着一起去住的地方（不在一起，很遠很遠）你要自己拖着箱子在雪地裏走很久，説是有兩份早飯，但是早餐不在你住的地方，又要出來走很久很久，8.30説早飯就結束，我8.20出來找雪韻酒店，找一處不是，兩處不是，等到第三處對了到了8.35沒有早飯了，第二天8.30前到，衹有饅頭和涼菜，雞蛋也沒有，碗筷上面還有菜渣，你得自己去重新洗，太噁心了，早餐廳一片罵人的！誰去誰上當，花1000多一碗去收的什麼罪啊！垃圾垃圾垃圾！

我住的最差的酒店，一進門就告訴我們酒店網絡不好，電視完全打不開，連遙控器都沒有，洗手間的門是壞的，連住兩晚，第二天完全沒有人打掃衞生，打電話要求打掃衞生，也不送沐浴露這些，等送沐浴露，晚上12點，等了10分鐘都沒有送，體驗不好！

感覺是分包出去了，沒有什麼管理，接的人也不幫忙搬行李，也不送到住處，指一下地方就跑了。馬桶容易堵，沒有浴巾吹風機，早餐還要去不同的地方吃，第二天去的雪韻閣假日酒店吃早餐，説是到9點，沒到時間就什麼也沒有了，服務員態度也極差。下次不會訂，也不會推薦別人訂這家了。

辦理入住的小哥哥很熱情。其實去哈爾濱這一趟遇到的每一位都很熱情，而且不是那種虛情假意的，就給你感覺很真誠的熱情，很自然，不會讓你覺得過頭，就很舒服。房間其實就那樣，插座設施比較老了不太好插，大暖炕，住的H棟帶個小院，自己燒了水在院裏玩潑水成冰很方便，衞生間還挺乾淨的，硬炕睡不習慣但估計家家户户都這樣。雪鄉其實不大，除了在景觀帶的那幾家以外住哪感覺都差不多。這個萬嘉聽當地人説是外地人包的當地人的房子做的，挺大一個連鎖住的地方有好幾塊。價格能接受的話就直接定，嫌貴的話可以在漂亮團平台定那種自己家開的私人的那種，我問的那天的價格比我這個便宜100多，質量就不清楚了。

這個酒店是商業運營的民宿，房間很一般，面積也很小。我們住的房間是燒炕的，温度不能調節，烤的慌，熱的睡不着。後來又借了兩床被子,墊在炕上，身上蓋帶來的軍大衣，才勉強睡覺。

酒店完全沒有整理做清潔，床單臟的，馬桶臟得一塌糊塗，還是自己清潔的，可笑的是，床單居然讓我自己換一下，第一次遇到這樣的事情！沒有任何值得可推薦的地方

這家酒店挺不錯的，東北整體感覺都很熱情，服務又周到，就是説話有點聽不太懂，不過已經很棒了。餐廳也是菜碼大也好吃，樓下就是温泉，離的不遠，適合自由行，反正有啥不懂的都可以問前台，性價比很好的酒店。

前台服務很好，特別熱情，早餐很豐富，房間設施也沒話説，如果沒趕上大巴的時間前台也會幫你聯繫拼車，酒店的環境乾淨，沒有異味，早餐也好吃，推薦入住。
