至今住過的最差的酒店，沒有之一！1.辦理入住時由於酒店系統問題，信用卡刷按金未能成功，前台女孩説不刷了，可在臨退房時又要求刷卡；2.讓酒店幫約出租車到阿姆斯特丹，酒店説收費85歐元，讓刷卡給酒店，已把85歐車費刷卡付款給酒店，而在離開之後酒店又説車費扣款127歐；3.在攜程平台下訂單時顯示已含房費、税費等所有費用，而臨退房時酒店又強行要求刷卡付款税費；4.讓多次刷卡按金，至今解釋不清原因。此酒店服務極差，建議不要入住！None of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! 1. When checking in, due to the hotel system problem, the credit card deposit failed to be swiped. The girl at the front desk said that she would not swipe the deposit, but asked to swipe the card when she was about to check out; 2. Ask the hotel to take a taxi to Amsterdam. The hotel said that it would charge 85 euros, and let it swipe the card to the hotel. It has already swiped 85 euros to the hotel, and after leaving, the hotel said that it would deduct 127 euros; 3. When placing an order on the Ctrip platform, it shows that all the expenses such as room fees and taxes have been included, and when the hotel is about to check out, it is forced to swipe the card to pay the taxes; 4. I have to swipe my card and deposit several times, but I still can't explain why. The service in this hotel is very poor, please don't check in!

Ik vindt het zeer jammer dat er tapijt lag in de kamer, er lag veel stof waardoor mijn astma verergerde.
Personeel bij de balie waren niet uiterst vriendelijk, en er werd gehamerd over een 100 euro borg die te rplekke betaald moest worden, maar vervolgens 4 dagen later nog steeds niets terug ontvangen op mijn rekening.,ondanks de belofte dat het bij checkout direct terug zou worden gegeven.
Ontbij was ook zeer matig.
Douche ruimte veel te krap waardoor ik mijn arm zeer heb gedaan bij het wassen van mijn haar.
Kortom, niet 5sterren waardig
