4 Star Hotels in Hagen

The hotel we visited regularly was 6 years ago. Then always happy but it was different now. Mercure is unworthy! There is an urgent need for an update of everything, both to the building and to the staff. Not so incompetent reception staff ever experienced. They needed 2 days to make our correct account and then we had to insist. There is absolutely no cooperation between the staff, one tells this and the other. Chaotic all! Also completely no knowledge of the Accor Card and the All app. Hopefully I still receive my points and nights for 4 people and 2 rooms? Otherwise I can start writing again to Accor. We asked how late the bar was open because the restaurant was also closed, until 12 or 1 p.m. We were told, but when we came to the Christmas market Friday night at 22:30, we were told that they were going to close the bar. We just put ourselves in places close to the reception where we could get a costly beer from the refrigerator. One day later, there was no beer anymore in the refrigerator and the tables in the bar were not cleaned when we were between 20h and 23u. Dure unguarded parking with all the battery trees that were also used by visitors for events in the The building next to the hotel. There were guests on Saturday night who didn't find any parking place. Breakfast was not even revealed, the sauna was ok. Four stars, no 2 :-(

The hotel environment is very beautiful! The room setting is OK, the only fly in the ointment is that the sheets are used in the mattress, the hand feels bad, and the others are great! There are not many types of dinner, the compatibility with the Chinese stomach is very low, and the others are perfect!

The hotel is therefore very central at the main railway station 👍🏽 The staff are very helpful and super friendly. There was a popcorn bag as a welcome gesture 😋 The room was very clean but unfortunately there was no refrigerator. Parking facilities 3 minutes walk from the hotel 3.80€ for 24h! Top!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I would definitely book it again.
