Also das gute vorweg: gute und saubere Betten. Aber: sehr überteuert für die Ausstattung, definitiv keine vier Sterne wert. Undichtes Dach in der Lobby, kaputte Wände im Zimmer, die Decke über der Badewanne kommt runter. Das Schlimmste: die Hotelbar hat die ganze Nacht geöffnet und dementsprechend laut ist es im Hotel und in den Zimmern. Die Türen absolut gar keine Schalldämmung und somit fühlt man sich die ganze Nacht als schlafe man in der Bar. Selbst um 03:30 ist in der Bar noch Krawall. Nicht alle Menschen können mit Ohrenstöpseln schlafen und das sollte bei dem Hotelstandard auch nicht nötig sein. Dann müsste die Bar eben gegen 22:00 oder 24:00 schließen, um ein Mindestmaß an Nachtruhe zu gewährleisten. In mehreren Zimmern war im November die Heizung aus geschaltet bei Ankunft und dementsprechend kalt. Bei einem der vier gebuchten Zimmern funktionierte die Heizung gar nicht. Beim Auschecken wollte das Personal den Hund dann zweifach berechnen, obwohl bereits beim Checkin kommuniziert wurde, dass nur ein Hund mitreist.

Liked it a lot. Lake and fields are close by to take a walk. The mall is in walking distance.

Room was OK, with reasonable bathroom.
Although very high sided bath to access shower, probably not good for people with mobility issues.
Our room was a double room with shared main door, although main door locks on closing, we had to lock our door with key for privacy and security.
Good is your traveling with larger group but not when you only occupy one of the rooms.
Breakfast was OK, but not for the price, if you have enough time do to the rhur park centre where you can have 2 breakfast for cheaper than ACHAT.
Located at the end of a dark area of the park.
Ok in a car, not so good if walking especially alone.
Sauna, can not comment on how good this was as I never found it to be open when I checked various times of the day.
So poor for sauna, could do with opening hours on the door.
Overall OK to good.
Good location to park centre for shopping and eating.
Poor for breakfast costs and sauna never being available when I wanted a sauna
