spacious room, large sofa, and comfortable bed. The view from the room was very nice. The staff's English is not very good. (But they were very kind)
The building was old but clean and well maintained.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They even spoke some English, super helpful for those who don't have very good Japanese skills! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.

很好的酒店！大堂有免費提供給住客的休息區，有免費咖啡、汽水提供。房間非常大，窗外就是天台花園，早餐很豐富很美味。

因為客滿，被迫訂到吸煙房，感覺清潔程度不佳，還在床單上發現蜘蛛！詢問櫃檯服務人員有關加購早餐及停車的問題，都沒有獲得正確的資訊，總之下次應該不會再訂這裡了

GW中、近隣ホテルが高騰する中、グランドホテルを見つけました。
30年以上前、同窓会や結婚式で行った事はありましたが宿泊は初めて。
チェックインからチェックアウトまでゆっくり出来ずに、ラウンジのコーヒーすら時間が合わずに頂く事が出来なかったのが残念。 せめてお部屋にお水は欲しかったです。

酒店有點老，設施比較舊，但位置挺好，在八户也算好的酒店了。房間大，窗外風景不錯，早餐比較好，人不多，我吃得比較過癮。
