The hotel is a lovely place to stay The room was very comfortable, always cleaned to a high standard and the staff always attentive Lovely surroundings and peaceful with a lovely lake central to the resort There is a large choice of food that is outstanding in quality We I’ll be back

we had a fantastic experience at cinnamon village by habarana. The customer service was exceptional, and Mr. Anura, the security manager, stood out with his outstanding assistance. The staff treated us very nicely. All room services were prompt. The restaurent Manager was very nice. He came and had casual chat with us to see that our needs are well met.

This hotel is very special . We have stayed many times and the standards improve every time. The rooms are a good size and very clean, the staff are fantastic - friendly and so helpful. We cannot name any staff as there are so many it would fill this report. The front desk,the restaurant and the room boys all are merited. The food is very good. It has a large pool and big gardens leading onto a large lake. We were so sad to leave but we will be back.

Fantastic rooms, pool, food, staff, service. Spacious rooms and lots to choose from food buffets. Every continent people will find comfortable for their own needs. Cleanliness is superb. Very good quality of food and cheerful surroundings.

Great visit at this hotel booked via Kuoni. Our room was lovely, loads of space and very comfy bed. All kept really clean. Buffet was really yummy, lots of Sri Lankan options but also western too. Staff were attentive. Really nice grounds with monkeys and birds. Pool was good but not enough beds. Towels provided at pool side. We visited sigiriya, dam bulls and did an elephant safari from this hotel.

We had the fortune of staying here in April 2024, but the mistfortune of having our kids get sick on the trip (not from the hotel). The place was beautiful, and the room (Eagle Lodge) was absolutely massive. But what really blew us away was the service. I've never felt like such a VIP before. It was pretty astounding the lengths that the staff went to in order to help us manage our sick kids. Special shout-outs to Thilini up front and Jay at the buffet, who were absolute rockstars. Even though the trip didn't go as planned, we'll always have fond memories of how we were treated here.
