The location was OK however the lighting in the parking lot is not very good especially at night making you feel slightly unsafe. There’s a lot of trees and shrubs which added to that unsafe feeling. The pool is very small and there were only six chairs at the pool for people to sit and or lay out by the pool and that was the middle of July. The staff were flat and not overly accommodating but then also not very negative either. It was just an OK experience. The rooms were clean

Let me start by saying the service was the best that I have seen at any hotel. Jackie at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Nada at the bar was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was also quite nice. Everything was top notch. I would have given it a 5 star rating except the walls are very thin and you hear every sound from the room next door. We could actually listen to their tv without having to turn ours on. We heard every word they said on both sides which made for a horrible night with crying kids next door and a couple on the other side doing what adults do.

Very clean hotel. Staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was great with many choices. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Location is perfect if you are flying out of Ft. Lauderdale airport or taking a cruise from Port Everglades.

We chose this hotel because of the convenience between the airport and the cruise port. Check in was very smooth, staff was friendly and professional. Our room faced the parking lot, which was good, because some reviews said street view was noisy. The room was very clean and beds comfy. Because the hotel was sold out during our stay, staff advised to get to the buffet early if you wanted breakfast to avoid the crowd, and they were right. Because the airport is so close by, you will hear the planes. Free transportation from the airport to the hotel. There is a cost to use their transportation to the cruise ships. You pay at the hotel and book a departure time. It was a little chaotic, with folks standing with their luggage in the back parking lot waiting for shuttles, but I would use it again, because of how smooth the process was once we got to the port.

Very good. I actually saw free mineral water in the hotel. It was also very quiet. There is a shopping mall downstairs. The price is also very affordable.

The hotel is fine. But as I found everywhere I went in Florida, that most of the staff was in training, and incompetent. I called for the free shuttle waited an hour called again waited an hour and finally paid to get to the hotel. I questioned the shuttle driver and he said the front desk never informed him of a pickup. That was the first of quite a few bad experiences I had at this hotel. Hopefully they will get staff trained and service will improve. But I won’t be staying here again.

The hotel is located very close to the airport and Port Everglades cruise port. It is also on the main ***** within walking distance of several eateries and a Walgreens. The common areas are clean and the staff is professional and friendly. There is a mini store, cafe and bar in the lobby. The room offers a microwave for your convenience. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle from the airport and shuttle to the cruise port for a charge of $15.99 per person which you can book in the lobby. Lastly, the hotel offers a buffet for $15. I'm not sure if that is a weekend only or during the week as well. I highly recommend!

Located off US-1 between Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, our hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport and public beaches. There are several restaurants and antique shops along our street, plus nightlife and entertainment just 15 minutes away in downtown. Cool off in our pool and grab something to drink or eat in our all-day lounge. Our onsite restaurant is available for breakfast and dinner.

Cancelled flights left me in need of a last minute hotel room. I decided on Hotel Dello and was picked up quickly by Jose in the hotel shuttle. He made the logistics of everything easy and breezy after a very stressful day. He was the best!! So friendly, shared great music, and he made sure I was taken care getting back to the airport the next morning. The girls at the front desk were awesome and showed me where I could change and store my luggage so that I could hang out by the pool until my room was ready. Everything was simple, clean and cute. I ended up really enjoying my unplanned trip within a trip! Thank you, Hotel Dello!!

MMarc MosleyAndrew who was at the front desk was amazing. I called to verify that they had shuttle service before reserving and he said yes. After reserving the room and landing and gathering our luggage, I called to request a pick up and he kindly obliged. He told me where to wait. Within 1 minute he called me backed informing me of an issue with the hotels vehicle and that he was sending an Uber to pick up. He then texted me all the drivers information. The driver called me and informed me that he would be flashing his hazards so that I would know it was him. We arrived safely at the hotel and Andrew had all the paperwork ready for me so that he could quickly go to our room. He then explain alley the amenities of the hotel and wished us a great stay. Wish more hotels had employees like this.

GGuest UserGraet location by the airport with a shuttle. Nice roomy rooms, which were clean. Delicious breakfast with many options. Sister hotels, one with a bar and sandwiches for eve, and the other with a coffee bar and goodies in the lobbies. The only thing negative was 1 elevator per building, but I still would choose this property again.

PParksThe gentleman at the front desk did his job, the bear minimal. He wasn't extra friendly nor outgoing just able to tell me what he couldn't do or how I couldn't make payment. Not that I expected him to go above and beyond, he wasn't.obmigated to me, but there are other hotels that actually pride themselves on superb hospitality, those I prefer. I mean this is a customer service industry right? With 4 hotels on the same block I'll surely try another one next time.

GGuest UserAbsolutely not staying at this wreck of a hotel ever again! Tiesha (so) the front desk agent was a complete unprofessional! Yelled at us, became racist in a heartbeat, and when confronted with hotel issues called the police!! Even agitated other guests to cause more drama to the situation. She failed to have correct information about the hotel, refused to notify her manager or get management involved. Other issues like amenities were not as advertised. Hot water didn’t work. Rooms unkempt, and disgusting hallways. Overall experience of a well travelled and frequent hotel guest: absolute zero. Past reviews should be taken as truth as the staff and hotel quality are not even close to the Cambria marketing as the top Choice Hotels option. Choice oughta be ashamed of this hotel and is staff.

Checked in late in the evening due to late flight. The desk staff was welcoming and very informative. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. After a long day it was nice to have a nice hot shower and clean linens. Had a little bit of road noise but nothing I couldn’t sleep through. The breakfast area was very busy in the am. The food was good and plentiful. The coffee was great and enjoyed the flavored creamer. Late check out was permitted at noon. So another shower was enjoyed and hung out in the room watching tv till it was time to go. Would stay here again seeing how it’s close to the airport.

WweihuaVery clean hotel with eggs and meat for breakfast. It can be reached on foot from the beach. The surrounding area is very convenient, with 24-hour supermarkets and Wal-Marts. There is also a Hunan Chinese restaurant across the road. The meals are very affordable. There are spicy and non-spicy ones. The boss is very nice. Open until ten o'clock in the evening. Hotel parking is free. Recommend staying.

BBob LMy wife and I were going on a cruise and wanted to be sure we were on time for embarkation. So we booked 2 nights at the Red Carpet Inn so we would have a buffer against travel delays. Sure enough, we had weather related flight delays, so I called the Red Carpet Inn. Though hard to understand, the lady that answered the phone assured me that the first night would be cancelled. When we got there the next day, very tired from a redeye flight, I tried to register for the second night early to get some rest. ”NO CHECK-IN BEFORE 3PM!” was the emphatic reply. So we waited. Room was OK, and the shuttle worked out well. We made the embarkation just fine. When I got home, and looked at my credit card bill, they had charged me for the day that we WEREN'T allowed to check in til 3pm..... so I paid for a room they refused to allow me to use. When I wrote to them, they denied that the call and cancellation had been made, and refused to remove the charge. VERY FRUSTRATING.
