The ambience of the hotel is quite amazing. The staff is welcoming and fully cooperative. I had buffet for the company event i was attending there. The food was super delicious. The chicken was so tender and juicy and the naan bread was the softest. Apart from the food the Tai Hall(where the event took place) is huge and has great ambience as well. The whole hotel is air conditioned. I'm just not satisfied with the quality of the washrooms, they can be a lot better given the stature of 4star hotel. Overall, it's a great hotel.

Excellent hotel in Paltan Bazar, in the heart of Guwahati city. We got this hotel booking done thru MMT, unsure of the services as there was no review on Trip advisor. However the staying experience was great. It's a new hotel on the main road. Room size was good, very clean bathroom with 24hrs hot water, clean and comfortable bed/pillows/blanket. We got complementary breakfast, simple menu like cornflakes, toast n egg, poori-sabzi and tea/coffee. Staffs were nice and helpful.

I had a wonderful check-in experience. Mr. Kesob checked me in and he was very kind to upgrade my room to business class from superior room. Though I had to wait for sometime because I was very early but it was worth it. My room was on 10th floor, which had a wonderful landscape view, with a nice bathtub. The pool was very clean and had an awesome mountain view. Overall I had a nice stay in Radisson Blu. I went on a very normal day (Monday) so the restaurant and pool area was not lively at all but if you are coming ***** with your partner or friends, it doesn't matter at all.

There are a few positives about Kalyaniz though the place would not rank high overall. While located in a key city area, the main location and approach is through a narrow road which could get congested. Transport within the city is not an issue with cab aggregators being available. The room size was good and it was clean. The lighting in the room was annoyingly dim giving it a very dark/ dingy feel- certainly a negative. What was most puzzling was how the hot water in the bathroom just did not come even after a long time. There is a weird method to supposedly get the hot water which only results in a waste of time, and a waste of lot of water, something which the hotel needs to rectify pronto. The food in the restaurant including the buffet breakfast was very average and could do with improvement. The housekeeping staff was prompt in attending to our regular requirements, except for solving the hot water puzzle.

Other than the location, which can be a little far from prime locations this hotel is perfect. The hotel staff are exceptionally cooperative and helpful. Food is excellent. Rooms are clean and they provide body lotion, soap, tooth brush & paste and clean towels. Overall i really enjoyed my stay there.

While returning from Kaziranga, we stayed here overnight since we had to catch the morning flight on return. Considering our very good experience in Kzziranga, in the hotel of the same owner, expectations had increased. The location was nice, but I did not realise that Guwahati would be so so crowded :-). Unfortunately, the wear and tear and the lack of basic maintenance was showing. One could not sit on the chair since the seats needed to be refurbished, changed. What I saw the moment I entered the room can be seen in the picture. Other walls (e.g. under the window) had the same problem. Was very very disappointed. My request and suggestion to the management......it does not take more than one day to get one room fixed up --- paint and chair cushion etc. For the price of the room, we did not expect this, really.

I recently stayed at The Rhino Hotel near Guwahati Airport and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is perfect for anyone needing quick access to the airport, and the convenience is unmatched. The hotel's restrobar deserves special mention—the food was absolutely amazing! Whether it was local cuisine or continental dishes, everything was well-prepared and flavorful. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the dining experience. However, I did notice a lack of coordination between the hotel staff. While they were all friendly and helpful individually, there seemed to be some confusion at times, especially during check-in and room service requests. A little improvement in this area would take the service from good to excellent. That being said, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were well-maintained. If they can work on improving the staff coordination, The Rhino Hotel would easily be a top-notch option for travelers in the area. I would still recommend it, especially for the food and proximity to the airport.

The stay, very comfortable, close to the airport and the staff in the hotel and their restaurant is very courteous. Made all efforts to make us comfortable during the stay. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the restaurant food is excellent. The service offered by Mr. Sanjay, Mr. Migam, & Mr.Dipu was very prompt and supportive. The food is delicious, the Chef Bipul Barman prepares food which gives you contentment to the soul. Thank you everybody, and not to forget Mr.Sikdar at the front desk, was very courteous even during our midnight check-in. Overall had a very pleasant stay.

Best homestay in our whole Assam and Meghalaya trip. It is very near to the airport and so cabs are easily available. The caretakers are helpful and the owner is very friendly and informative. Rooms are neat and clean -towel, blankets, linen are good, washed and clean, bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Garden is beautiful with good sitting arrangement. Their terrace Garden is a must visit in the evening to enjoy the sunset. Not lesser than a 4 star hotel with a homely touch to it.

One of the best new hotels in Guwahati. Can see the Meghalaya hills in the distance. Brand new hotel. Well laid out plan, good staff, excellent designed rooms. All efficient and well thought out. The coffee shop Jholeo and the Bar Kiya are a treat tkmo sit in. Well done subtle yet rich classy decor interior. The breakfast spread was fantastic, loads of options and varieties, all fresh and well thought of, with authentic ingredients. The staff polite and pleasant. Loved every bit to staying here. The pool, the gym on 2nd floor are nice and cosy. Wish to have stayed for a few more days. A sure recco place to stay and experience in Guahati.

GGuest UserSituated in a broken pathway ***** Paltan Bazar; access is tricky. The outer appearance of the hotel does not inspire confidence. The reception / lobby area is tiny and dingy. But all this is made up by the room I opted for: Deluxe category. The room was huge by any standards, spic and span, equipped with L-shaped sofa, study table and the usual bed, TV, fridge etc. It also had a balcony which is rare these days. The staff looked deprived, but were friendly and cooperative. The food is reasonably priced and tasty. The breakfast is limited and homely. Tariff, very reasonable. Recommended for middle budget travelers.

GGuest UserAmazing place for stay n conference. Food, service, location, proximity to Railway station, Bus Station, city Mkts etc makes it a best choice for conference. Room has all basic amenities. Breakfast menu was good. Nice restaurant serving great choice of snacks, deinks and food. Their Biryani was one of the best I have ever had. More surprisingly, it was tasting better in this Far East City then some of the known cities serving it. Great experience of staying with them.

GGuest UserWe booked it at emergency. Didn't like the room according to price. Took more than ₹ but the room was small. Bathroom also small, geyser not working. Have to ask for extra towel. Tv don't have the necessary Channels. Only regional channels and some free channels. Took extra charge for asking Hot water to drink as they don't have electric kettle in room. Moreover the prices of food is so high. And no Thali system. Nearly ₹800 charged for Rice bowl of 1and half, Chicken curry, oily papad, oily mix vegetable ( huge quantity for two, no half plate system), Dal. Took extra ₹20 for water bottle which should have been provided at deluxe room. I don't recommend this hotel.
