Konum olarak güzel, temizlik güzel, odaların genişliği güzel. Yarım pansiyon almanıza gerek yok, açık büfe yemekler az öz miktardaydı ancak lezzeti iyiydi.

Was a 2 night stop for us. Exceeded our expactations. Dinner was great, pool was good as it was a winter season. Staff was excellent and polite. We booked a suite and it was spacious.

The location is nice, close to the sea and 4-5 minutes from the centers by car. On the road. A very clean and quality hotel. The employees were smiling and interested. The breakfast was pretty good.

Bir tur şirketi ile gittiğimiz otelde odalara giriş 14:00 olmasına rağmen 15:30 da odalara gelebildik. 30 kişilik grup olarak gittiğimiz otel de konukların yarısı odalara geçti yarısı ise 1,5 saat bekletildikten sonra odalara geçiş yapabildi. Ertesi gün resepsiyonda görevliye o kadar kişiyi beklettiniz nezaket olarak bir çay kahve ikram edebilirdiniz dediğimde, resepsiyon görevlisi ; ayakta durmayıp otursaydiniz ikram ederdik şeklinde (çok hafif tabirle) saygısızca bir cevap verdi. Termal havuz ile ilgili olarak şu sıcaklığı 38 derece idi. ( havuz içindeki termometre göstergesi). Termal su özellikleri taşımiyordu. Evde sıcak duş aliyormussunuz gibi. Termal bölümde çalışanlar havlu temini, ve masaj bölümü ile ilgili çok yetersiz. Yemek ve kahvaltıları güzeldi. Tesis personelinin kesinlikle saygi, nezaket ve verimlilik konusunda cok ciddi bir eğitimden geçiirilmesi gerektiği görüşüyle iyi günler diliyorum.

Kazdağlarında kısa bir yaz öncesi tazelenme tatili ve sonbahar için de grubumuzla gelecek bir otel araştırması yaparken Allia'yı keşfettik. Rezervasyon sürecinden itibaren çok doğru bir seçim yaptığımızı, otelin dört yıldızdan daha fazlasını hak ettiğini anladık. Sonradan öğrendiğimiz üzere iki yıl önce kuruluş ile birlikte özel seçilerek oluşturulan kadronun ilgili ve çözüm odaklı hizmet verdiği otel de özellikle mutfak bence kusursuz. Otelin açık büyük havuzunun yanı sıra, bir den fazla kapalı havuzu, tuz odası, buhar odası ve saunadan oluşan eksiksiz bir SPA bölümü de var. Termal su Afyon kadar sıcak olmamakla birlikte Pamukkale seviyesinde ve Doğa yürüyüşleri sonrası yorgunluk atmak için yeterli. Sauna ise güzel düzenlenmiş, sıcaklık ve büyüklük yeterli düzeyde. Biz çok mutlu ayrıldık, bu kez arkadaşlarla tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz.

Öncelikle, bu yorum otel için değil otel spası içindir. Burada daha önce 3 kez spa&masaj hizmeti almış olmama rağmen son ziyaretim tam bir fiyaskoydu. Saat 10'daki randevuma 8 dakika geç geldim ve geldiğimde başka bir müşteriyi yerime aldıklarını söylediler. Beni aradıklarını söylediler ancak hiçbir şekilde böyle bir arama gelmedi hatta telefon gelmediğini görmeleri için kendilerine telefon rehberimi gösterdim. Eğer Allia spa'ya gelecekseniz. rezervasyon yaptırmayın çünkü rezervasyonunuz olmasına rağmen başka müşteri alıyorlar.
