A 40-something year old daughter taking her Mumma on her first EVER all inclusive experience….and she (we!) absolutely loved it! Having only just opened for the season one day before we arrived, we couldn’t fault a thing. A special mention to Ege on Guest Relations - what a star! ⭐️ Thank you Ege so much for your help with a little matter we experienced that you so thoughtfully sorted for us. I’m not one to return to the same place twice, but this hotel may just change that…..thank you to everyone who made our getaway wonderful (staff and guests) - it was a pleasure!

There are more positive points than bad, which was a relief after reading so many negative reviews before we came. We did have a great time, but there are some things to mention for sure. Check-in/Our Room Firstly, our check-in needs highlighting. It was very late at night, and we were greeted at the desk by a friendly chap and told our room number, but very little information was given after that. Mehmet helped with our luggage and advised us of a few things, but we still had no clue what time food was served or any mention of our included à la carte, which was very poor. Upon arrival at our room, we discovered it looked nothing like the pictures advertised on the Jet2 website. We were also with our 15-year-old daughter and were greeted with a single room with three single beds in it. I spoke to our porter and showed him my room confirmation, and he said this was correct; we had booked a standard room. I then went back upstairs to speak to the man on reception and told him that there should be a double bed and that the pictures looked nothing like the ones on the website. Language was a bit of an issue clearly, and he would not let me upgrade. I was just told to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager on the desk. This was annoying, and in the end, we didn't even bother going back to complain. The complex is massive, and they really should have looked at the booking and saw we had a teenager with us and accommodated this. The hotel wasn't even half full. Most "5-star" hotels upgrade for free. We literally got a 2-star room (not very clean, nothing like the pictures, the air conditioning barely worked and was incredibly noisy). If it weren't for the staff and everything else, I would not be rating this review so high. Our neighbor upon our arrival said "welcome to Alcatraz," and it did feel a bit like that with apartments close together. We didn't get the promised balcony; it was just a small step with two chairs on it, with no privacy. I won't moan about the room too much as we didn't go back the next day to complain further, but make sure you get one that is in the pictures on your travel company's website. We did leave a couple of tips for the housekeepers, but the cleaning wasn't great. You didn't get any special treatment like swans made out of towels, but you did get your bed made and minibar stocked, so it's not all bad. Be warned, they like you to put toilet paper in the bin. Nothing was mentioned about this apart from a card in the bathroom. I remember first encountering this many years ago in Corfu, but I would hope in this day and age, you didn't have to wipe and leave it in a bin. The Staff The staff are the highlight of this place, though. Some do not really engage (perhaps a language issue), but there are some absolute stars there, such as Nazmi (breakfast), Yusef Can (bar), and others whose names I have forgotten how to pronounce. We had a really lovely time, but from far the best service we’ve got , was from Rafet , “Restaurant Seven Twenty For” . His service was really professional! Polite , fast and smiling all the time. His service made the difference and made us visiting the restaurant every night.

Rafet is the best waiter in all object. Very professional and individual approach to the client. Thanks to him it was nice to come back to this restaurant. He will always suggest something unique to eat and drink, even the most indecisive guests.

All facilities, rooms, pools were exceptionally clean and well kept. entertainment team team especially Harry were amazing. Nighttime entertainment/ show were very engaging and highly enjoyable. Beach is amazing and never struggled to find a space to relax during the day. 11/10 highly recommended

Where to start with this visit. I was truly blown away by the sheer size of the hotel, its hospitality and the services on offer. Our stay was a short stay within another holiday. We arrived at the security gate and were greeted by a wonderful smiley female security guard who wished us a pleasant stay. As the taxi pulled round to the entrance you are greeted with such a humble yet grand reception area with the desk being on the left, staircase to the centre and a jewellery store, patisserie and lobby bar to the right. The smell as you walk in is pure divine and reminds me of a fragrance I always wear so I felt instantly at ease. That fragrance is Bulgari. We were greeted by both reception and the guest relation manager Barde. She is a wonderful woman with so such a bubbly personality and was very approachable and welcoming. Our rooms were not ready as we arrived prior to check in time but we had full use of the hotel and its facilities. We took the stairs down to the lower level to find the restaraunt and the spa and hairdresser. Making our way to the pool and exploring the multitude of snacks available, such as waffles, jacket potatoes, ice cream and the first of two pool bars around the main pool. Our first few hours were spent at the jetty were we were able to relax and make use of the cool and refreshing waters near the beach. We had lunch in the 7/24 restaurant which is A-la-carte style but with a generous choice of cuisine. We headed up to our rooms and were blown away by the decor and the beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff made sure to keep it this way each day! The hotel caters for all nationalities and the buffet restaraunt is the same. There is so much variety across Alacarte, buffet and 24-7 choice. I would highly recommend this hotel for a long stay to make the most of it. I’m looking forward to booking again in the future. This past week was one of the best that I had ever!! Thank you selectum for the awesome food and accomodations. The animation team was the best you should participate in all the activities. Special shoutout yo my mate Harry and Mr. Hasan for taking care of me always! Take care guys see you next year!!!

Arrived here on Tuesday and it is one of the most relaxing and friendliest hotels we have ever stayed at 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 great choice of food and the shops are only a 5/10 mins walk from the hotel, entertainment is great for kids and adults 10 out 10 hotel love it 🤘🤘🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
