1. Easy parking
2. Thanks to the summer evening breeze in Guiyang, it is very comfortable to enjoy the cool outdoors
3. Room price is cheap

1. The newly opened room smells of smoke
2. There is no service at all, the hotel management is chaotic, and it has nothing to do with the service staff.

住過很多次，也推薦朋友來住。整體外環境非常好，保利温泉小區內，旁邊就是電影院，餐館一條街，還可以泡温泉，貴陽最好的温泉。房間設施稍顯陳舊，但乾淨，整潔，還有早餐。這個價位，值得推薦。對面就是五星級酒店，貴兩倍。躺下來，都差不多，能做個好夢才最重要。

酒店位於貴陽市烏當區四光廣場右上側，交通便利，周邊吃的也比較多。停車場就挨着酒店的，很方便。服務人員態度都很好，早餐比較豐富，房間設施也都很齊全，空調很好，房間晚上比較安靜，半夜起夜的時候，自動聲控燈感覺很温馨。
存在的不足：估計水管壞了，馬桶沖水時發出很大聲的尖叫，持續一分鐘左右，聽着滲得慌；還有就是浴室洗澡水的水量特別小，隨便咋調整，都小。

之前一直是住他家的有時候是連住5天
最後一次住的時候想到忘記買水了（我有自己另外買水的習慣）就在前台説請再給我房間兩瓶水
前台回覆每個房間每天就兩瓶水要麼續住客房會補上兩瓶要麼5塊錢一瓶
我都氣笑了
之前連住的時候傻得沒有要求過客房打掃續水要不是那天懶還不知道進價幾毛的水還是限供的
