The beamer in the room is very nice. We didn‘t had the chance to use it but still, it is nice. The room is big, the bed is comfy and they just had one good pillow instead of havin 2-3 different pillows 👍

so so hotel, not so good nor bad. Location is very far from downtown and the room was so cold in winter. Unrecommend for couples!

This hotel was so beautiful. It really lived up to its photos. We stayed here mainly because after all the hikes and caves and park visits, we wanted to swim somewhere that was close by to the airport since we were leaving the following day.

We spent two days in this hotel to explore the Longji rice terrace. It's budget hotel with good amenities. Staff number 5, helped to book the Longji rice terrace and its transportation at midnight. She also booked a cruise ship for Yangshuo the next day. Thanks to trip.com for showing better deals.

Was only their for a night but check in was easy and the hotel look pretty new and clean. The A/C didn’t seem to work well to it was hot in the room. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

I loved the ambience. It is a clean and beautiful hotel at an affordable price. The staff are kind and helpful and they made me an amazing latte. I loved my room and they were helpful in giving me advise about the area and how to move around. It’s a great hotel
The breakfast was great as it catered for foreign people too which was pretty considerate.

From booking the hotel to leaving, the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Staff number 19, helped me prepare something special for my partner and went out her way to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. The room was clean, warm, comfortable and the location was perfect. I will be making frequent visits to Guilin in the near future and it’s easy to say that I wouldn’t stay elsewhere other than here. Thank you for an awesome stay, and see you soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bamboo Garden Hotel. We had a 2 room apartment with a jacuzzi in the bedroom. We converted the sofa in the living area into a baby bed, which worked fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is mainly Chinese and according to the size of the hotel, there is room for improvement, e.g. with a small menu (scrambled eggs, pancakes, ...). All employees tried to make our stay a pleasant one. The hotel is well located, with the eScooter we were in the Micx Mall in 10 minutes, in 15 minutes in the city harbor. Selina, the manager, helped us out with an English-speaking guide (Frank), so that we could still go on our trips to the rice terraces and to Yangshuo. Thank you Frank for these unforgettable experiences.
