The corridor was noisy from 23:00 to 0:00 for two consecutive nights, and the hotel management did not stop it until the customer couldn't bear it and called to complain. The light isolation is also very poor. There is serious light leakage from the crack of the lower door of the room, and it becomes bright when the lights are turned off. Facilities: The room's air conditioning control and various button controls are anti-human. If you don't get out of bed for a long time, you won't be able to complete some of the simplest operations. The outermost part of the curtain cannot be opened, and the inner side operations are speechless, such as the master control. I felt their service attitude even before I checked in, especially Alex from the concierge department. He contacted me in advance to see if I needed to be picked up. He upgraded the room directly after I checked in. Then the shuttle bus guy took us around the hotel. The guy at the swimming pool carefully helped the children get water and towels... Warmest part is they even invite you to add their wechat and you may consult 7/24 with them. Hotel is clean, cozy and spacious. Order food delivery and reachable at doorstep before 10pm. Definitely recommended.
