Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in while in china. My wife and I already live in Guangzhou so we only went for a staycation but we were blown away by the room. The size of the room and the view from our window. We stayed on the 50th floor and I must say it was breathtaking. There were a few minor complaints, firstly the AC in the room wasn’t the best. So we found our self’s overheating a little during the night but it wasn’t unbearable. Second overall the staff were very nice and friendly but there was one lifeguard at the outside pool that was a little rude when we forgot to bring a swim hat to the pool. The breakfast too was a little overpriced for what it was and there are definitely better options outside the hotel Other than these complaints I can see why this is one of the best hotels in city and I would recommend this to anyone who can fit the price range.

Hotel has a wonderful position in the middle of the park with pedestrian road that leads to the tower. The view from the room is magnificent, but I personally do not like the room displacement of Hyatt. It tries to be contemporary, but it ends up to be uncomfortable. The breakfast is very rich and the food quality is top. Pool at the 24th floor is also enjoyable.

Jumeirah Residence is the best experience I have ever experienced in an apartment. The furniture is all new, the kitchen and refrigerator are clean, and there is no greasiness from repeated use. The sugar water delivered every night is also delicious. The lady at the front desk was also very considerate and arranged the same room for me when I checked in the next day after checking out. The Burj Al Arab brand name lives up to its name. Nothing wrong with the hotel except that the water in the hotel's indoor swimming pool is a bit cold.

The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

I was a solo traveler so the main problem for me was plenty running screaming children in the hallway. The door to my room didn’t block all the noise from the outside so I could hear those children running and yelling most all the time. I understand maybe this hotel is a family friendly one but at least try to give some quiet space for travelers without kids. The room was clean and nice, the view from the room was amazing because of the location. The breakfast is nice as well not mentioning the same running children in the restaurant which could cause to some unpleasant accidents.

The hotel is located in a cbd, very close to the park and convenient. The room is clean and very comfortable, the bed is extremely soft. We had a good sleep, but I think something wrong with the air conditioning system, it was still quite warm in the room even we adjust the temperature to 16-18c.. We asked one of the staffs for help if they can fix it but we didn’t get any answer even after check-out. Anyway, overall was good.

The room is originally dark in color, and all use small light bulbs. The dim lights make it difficult to see anything clearly, so at least give me a bright option. . . It's not far from the subway, but the environment downstairs in the apartment is comfortable, and the security measures are very careful. She did not scold her, and the pillows, quilts, toilets, floors, etc. were all clean. . The wardrobe in the room is difficult to push open. It cannot be pushed open at all on the left side and can only be opened halfway to the right side. The curtains in the living room block 70% of the light. If you like total darkness, go for it! There is no plug or hairdryer in the toilet, and the only mirror in the house is in the toilet, which is really inconvenient. Three days and two nights, I saw mini cockroaches on the dining table in the living room on the first day and on the tiles in the toilet on the last day. This scared me and I hope things will improve in the future. Apart from these problems, the experience is actually very good.

1. Since placing a good order, including after checking out, the younger brothers and sisters have been very enthusiastic to guide us in and inquire about the check-in. However, the access control downstairs has uncertain factors, and the entry and exit are very passive. The corridor was dark for no reason, and the room number was only found by turning on the flashlight. After entering the door, I looked for the switch for a while in darkness, which made people feel very insecure. Finally, I found that the light switch was in the kitchen... 2. The overall decoration style looks good, the bed and sofa are very comfortable, the projection is clear, and the hot water is stable. But the gorgeous living room is equipped with a cramped toilet, and the romantic balcony is equipped with linen to be dried, which really reduces the experience. It is recommended to pay more attention to the details, and to maintain and upgrade the hard and soft equipment in a timely manner. 3. The location of the apartment is very good, there is a convenience store, breakfast shop downstairs, and the subway station is also very close. It is pretty good to live here at this price.
