【優點】1、位置極佳，樓下就是商圈，吃喝玩樂應有盡有。非常方便。看湖的房間景色和採光極好；2、停車位充足，就在公寓門口，前台有停車優惠。【缺點】1、衞生差。入住時發現洗衣機上面有上一個住客的底褲，趕緊丟進垃圾桶。兩個房間的床單和枕頭上有明顯污跡（見圖）。陽台上堆滿裝修垃圾，凌亂不堪（見圖）。洗手間地面和馬桶都是濕的，明顯沒有搞衞生。兩個洗手間馬桶坐墊都有明顯的損傷痕跡。2、管理差。早上9點兩個保潔阿姨在門口大聲聊天，開門制止才小聲繼續聊。12點有保潔員特意敲門問為何不退房，我告知對方我們已經延住，保潔員兇惡表示沒有接到通知，讓我跟前台説。我立即跟前台投訴，前台馬上跟進制止保潔員。第一次住宿遇見這樣的情況。

住的特別好，樓下就是大商場，吃住玩方便，地理位置利於出行搭車，旁邊就是地鐵站和公交巴士，帶孩子打擊劍比賽，住了二天，老闆人特別好，熱情好客，密碼鎖，退房的時候，直接鎖門就走，不用辦退房手續，下次過來，會再選擇這家，非常值得推薦。

環境很不錯，出行也很特別方便，旁邊不遠就是地鐵口。老闆人很好，下面吃的東西也很多，空間很大，樓層高風景不錯，一次好的體驗

房間面積較小，層高低，屬於小公寓上下隔層，環境一般，衞生一般，服務態度較好
交通便利，在綠地繽紛上面，購物用餐方便
配備有洗衣機和小冰箱，性價比一般

酒店隔音非常不好，半夜有人上樓都聽的一清二楚，是那種一層多個房間的，設備也非常簡陋，感覺衞生也不好，睡了以後皮膚這幾天非常癢，我真的服了
