The room is big, quiet and comfortable, and the transportation is convenient. It is very close to the subway station and the bus station. It is very close to the Pearl River Pier and Guangzhou Tower. Outside is a food street, easy to eat, and the owner is very enthusiastic and very nice! Recommended.

訂房時看到是2～4樓，安排了一樓。沒人在前台，打電話過去，自己拿卡進門。
房間地板和牆壁比較臟，屋內有黴味，浴室牆壁發黴。
床上的被子枕頭倒是很乾凈，唯一好處是這個。
房間比較吵，因為是1樓，窗也沒法開。

#衞生衞生感覺一般般，剛進去的時候沙發下有垃圾和紙巾團都沒有清走，枕頭上有頭髮，不知道換沒換，杯子被套聞起來都有一股味道#服務服務算不上好也算不上壞很難評價覺得老闆有點拽拽的#位置交通在中大小北門進出學校比較方便#房間設施都有吧吹風機有點臟

五一出行，就想與男朋友去廣州塔附近走走，這公寓是離廣州塔近，住兩天，就第一天給了房卡後，就沒見到前台有人在過，想問個一次性杯子與一次性拖鞋都沒有得問，房間設施有洗衣機，公寓前面有一排停車位，是收費的，50元一天，兩天100，開車進來時問是免費，等出去了才説要收費的，拿了個凳子在那裡攔着，沒有穿工作服，拿了個個人收款碼，這就真的有點噁心人了。
