交通方便，離林和西地鐵B口衹有兩百米。入住時有一位男管家在，熱情地告訴我，廚房裡有冰箱、電磁爐、微波爐、電飯煲、電水壺以及各種廚房用品可以使用，還有免費的桂圓紅棗茶、枸杞玫瑰茶提供。房間打掃得很乾凈，同住的女生都很安靜。但是半夜兩點樓上傳來一陣陣的喧嘩，一羣小夥子鬧騰地我們睡不着。管家上樓敲門把他們罵了一通，喧嘩聲終於消停了。所以給管家點個贊！

好找、交通便利：在*******，旁邊是體育學院，對面是地鐵設施新、有洗髮水、有空調：床架很新，可能是新開的。三件套也很乾凈。空調24h開着，吹的我直冷。洗澡間還有免費洗髮水。這個價位住過的都知道，空調經常不給開，洗髮水也要自備。舍友好、宿管好：雖然沒怎麼交流，但舍友還是挺安靜的，也自覺，沒有大聲喧嘩的，沒有抽煙的。宿管也很熱心負責缺點：有打鼾的，衹要是公居，這個問題就無法避免。隔壁有打遊戲交流的，可能到12點還在吵吵，隔音差所以聽的很清楚總體評價：沒在廣州住過別的，也是看評價過來的，總得來説，在3-40這個價位，已經是無敵的了，要求高的提價一倍找單件，噪音問題應該可以解決

旅舍七七八八的人太多，老闆賺錢太離譜什麼人都放進來，晚上打呼嚕的聲音太吵，我聽的都無語，住過最差的旅舍了

床是新的！有專人打掃衞生！非常乾淨！房間沒意味！洗衣機是免費的！我在別的青館還收費！空調不限時！有兩個熱水器！洗澡方便！

住過附近其他家青旅，同價位下，這一家算是衞生設施各方面算不錯的青旅了，老闆很熱情，離地鐵口也很近，總體還是不錯的
