The hotel is with excellent location and facilities. But most importantly is the service and the staff. It took me by surprise the number of staff members speaking English and being so friendly and professional. From the reception we were greeted in English and June ,, job number 038 , welcomed us with a smile and care. She made sure we got WiFi connection and we were instructed how to use the card for the in suite hot spring spa bath . We spent amazing 4days and 3 nights. I used also the massage services , which were average level. For any service we went for during our stay June was the one to connect and made sure we got the best service. Another person that contributed to our pleasant experience was the restaurant manager. She was also fluent in English. Honestly, we never expected so many people to speak the language. The breakfast was with mix Asian and westerner food; fresh and delicious. The spa Center was amazing. We had very relaxing and calm break from work and the noise in th EF big city. Just outstanding hotel, service and location .

This is a new hotel. Facilities are great and breakfast is excellent. The hotel offers a few hot springs on site too. It's on the main road- you can take a lovely scenic walk around the lake after breakfast. Overall we had a good stay and will return if we are back in Conghua.

貨不對板，是捷程在搞鬼，還是酒店的問題。五一假期，升價都是能理解的，一間房一千大元，看中的就是圖騙上的空間，設施及環境，50方真的算大。實際上呢，辦理入住也不提前告知預訂的房型50方的沒有了。進了房間感覺和圖上相差太遠，40方可能都沒有。捷程你要好好查查，這樣騙客户。

五一假期，從化的温泉酒店基本都漲價不少，最後選定了財富温泉酒店，覺得價格適合。入住後發現沒選錯。
環境：酒店面對流溪河，景觀不錯。
服務：五一假期，客房挺滿的，我想住高樓層一點，辦入住時房間還沒能打掃完，前台小姐姐048，101，143，服務挺到位的，先幫我們寄存了行李，因為差不多飯點時間，建議我們先去吃飯，吃完午飯也收到了小姐姐打來的電話，通知房間可以入住了，好久沒碰到這貼心的服務了。
衞生：房間衞生不錯
設施：酒店欠缺的就是公共温泉區比較小，不過節假日，即使再大人也是多。還好訂了房間有泡池的，可以在房間泡，酒店配的温泉水量足夠了。
酒店性價比還可以，有機會可以再來。

財富温泉酒店，可以説是從化體驗感最好的酒店！這次特別點贊二樓河景軒的菜品！相當出彩！入口即化的叉燒！帶有財富印記的流沙包！硬菜就是那個雞肉蟹煲！廚師水平高！服務員那更是親切體貼！感覺就是你的家人！笑容滿面！服務到位！體驗太好了！點贊030號、119號和037號服務員！
