本人親身體驗，評論區所有的差評均為真實，現實就是那樣！住過最差的酒店就是這家，服務態度最不好也是這家，環境差得離譜，衞生差的恐怖
最讓人生氣的是酒店一個**的工作人員，客人入住酒店時們門是壞的，導致客人手受傷。跟酒店反應，第一時間派維修人員上來維修門，而不是工作人員上來慰問受傷情況或者包紮處理傷口，下去跟那個**男反應情況愛理不理，上來房間也不是第一時間慰問受傷情況，還問客人門是自己壞還是我們搞壞，然後還説客人搞笑，這是有人性的嗎？**都做不出這樣的事吧？這種人能做服務行業嗎？有素養嗎？
調查監控後證明門是之前就壞的，也不跟客人道歉，還説他做法沒問題
事情本來不大，就是因為這個**男的處理態度讓人氣憤，讓人體驗到什麼叫沒人性！

元旦訂不到住慣的酒店又想有河景於是下訂了這家
房間蠻大的有一房一廳兩台電視一個麻將桌 配置和服務就是老式的 有的小地方還有點破損 不要有太高的期待
獨立泡池蠻大的 温泉水質不錯 滑滑的 窗户正對着河心荔枝島幾個字 可以看到煙花 免費停車 空調安靜 強烈建議訂有私家池的 體驗會好很多
房型的網上配圖有點混亂 訂前建議打電話核實清楚

酒店位置很好，可以看到附近的自然風光，適合來放鬆放空。房間整潔舒適，所需的配套設施都有，住得舒服。期間感受到工作人員非常熱情，幫忙提行李，還主動告知酒店設施和服務。有需求還響應很快，整個入住體驗真好。

國慶節預訂了旁邊的那個酒店經過這家酒店被他們家可以望流溪河的温泉愛上了。所以過年我就預約了。到店房間是有大泡池的詢問能不能拿些清潔劑自己洗地下很臟。樓下的大堂免費給的浴缸🛁塑料套一點都不適合沒辦法使用。如果下次來記得自己買一瓶消毒液。因為浴缸底部真的太臟了。
温泉的温度都是30到40度不等但是房間和幹蒸室多少都有點發黴可能因為廣東的天氣比較潮濕酒店沒有做好防水吧。
吃早餐的時候臨窗也可以看到流溪河真的快樂。我選擇的是Tata米的房間，除了牆角有點潮濕發黴的狀態其他感覺都還行過年期間是619元，和平常的價格大概貴了100多也可以接受。
總體是可以接受的。
