酒店挺新的，房間面積不錯，雙層隔音窗。看到帶小孩會主動送小童拖鞋和牙具到房間。 唯一問題是空調不夠涼，整晚開20度跟26度差不多，房間温度下不來整晚都在最大風量有點吵。

新酒店的環境不錯，很乾凈衞生，整潔，門口面前就有地面停車場地下也有，都是免費的，進入大堂就聞到有香香的氣味，還放着優雅舒適的音樂，前台的工作人員曉丹也特別熱情跟我打着招呼，辦理入住速度也快，因為房間訂的是14點退房的，因為行程有延誤曉丹還特別貼心給我免費延遲退房，很感謝。房間也很不錯，面積適中，設施設備都可以，衞生間是乾濕分離的，空調系統很方便智能控制，床墊也很舒服，床頭還放着數據線可以使用，是免費不用收費，整體還是不錯的。

酒店不在增城區中心，不過也不遠，周邊安靜，樓下停車位充足且免費，還有充電車位，房間乾淨整潔、網速快、熱水充足、水流猛的驚人，床鋪非常舒適，就是電視機的分辨率有問題、色彩是偏綠、偏灰的，外賣的話機器人送到房間，十分方便，前台服務熱情，房間充電線也是免費使用的，不用掃碼付錢，值得點贊，下次還會入住

新開的酒店 出差第一次去住 房間很温馨 床墊超級舒服 工作人員也很熱情，早餐種類較少，在同價位酒店來看還是有上升的空間。酒店有提供充電樁也很方便。最值得表揚的就是房間有配免費的充電數據線（配在房間的）這點星級酒店也比不上👍🏻👍🏻

美豪酒店老顧客了。連鎖還是有保障的。總體不錯，挺乾淨的。廁所衞生挺好的，房間挺大的。大浴巾我找了半天原來在廁所裏我還以為在外面😂

一般出行都比較注重酒店環境和設施，這次和家人過來增城選擇了美豪酒店，前台小姚小姐姐服務專業周到，酒店房間衞生乾淨沒有異味，床品很舒服床頭有一次性耳塞提供讓我一直睡眠淺都能一夜好眠，三樓有自助洗衣房給住客使用，二樓是餐廳跟前台小姚聊得來還給贈送早餐哈哈，整體都挺滿意的
