衞生乾淨，服務態度十分好，而且各項設施配備完善，周邊小吃街十分便利，步行10分鐘即可到達，有機會還會再次入住

缺點
主打一個戰損風，酒店在3樓4-8樓在裝修，後面一棟也在裝修，早上7/8點你會被‘噔噔噔噔蹬蹬‘的聲音叫醒，422/423/425/426房間外面留了一條几十公分的通風風道，但是房間裏面黴味及重，401/403/405/406/407/409/410/411/413/415/416/418房全部有窗口，靠近主幹道，窗户都是老掉牙的推拉窗，隔音效果極差，過道的窗户都比房間要好的多，我個人覺得實在要住就選擇中間房間，房間空調效果極差，我建議要2張卡，一張查在房間空調一直開着。
優點
離地鐵站100米內，前面就是網紅美食街，離陳家祠就1站地，走過去也就10分鐘。

總體感覺非常差，房間如鳥籠子一般，空調不行，所謂的過道窗户就是死窗户，房屋潮濕，昏暗，電壓不夠（手機充電即可看出），在這個區域，不如花百十塊去住門臉小點的旅社，而不是這個潮濕且電壓不足的鳥籠子。。。
