Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak any Chinese but we had no trouble communicating using apps. They are very eager to help and give recommendations. The front desk guy is very sweet and helped me with so many things. Also the cleaning ladies are very friendly and wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect for me since I was in Guangzhou for textile sourcing. I will stay there again next time I come to Guangzhou. Thank you everyone at the Hongzhou hotel.

This is the most bad hotel ever I been stay before. I booked 3 night, but at the end, I just stay one night & check out. The area are so busy with the linen business & full of motorcyclist around. The road is super jam. And around the hotel not even a mini mart or shop for food. Need to walk around 30 mins only can get food. And somemore need to cross a super busy road. The room had very bad smell. Lobby no Aircond. Room air conditioning also very bad. Not cold at all. The room smell so bad with cigarette smell. The laundry room is in so bad condition. No dryer & with just one washer. The washer when you see it, you won’t want to use it.. it’s a super bad hotel in Guangzhou. It’s bad conditions till I also no mood to take any pictures. The front desk also not equip with knowledge to assists the guest.

Hotel location is out and located at a distribution centre during night time very noisy due to vehicle horn. Also traffic jam every evening stay for 5 nights I walk back to hotel 4 night from nearby .

Location is so hard. Cause it’s been locating near fabric store. It doesn’t near supermarket.

Awesome place. Quiet and clean. Soft beds. Definitely I will repeat.

Great hotel

Cleaning is not that good

I booked a family room. The room was spacious, but the hygiene of the whole hotel was so-so. First, when I checked in, I saw the stained white shirt of the waiter, and I was a little suspicious. When I entered the elevator, I didn't even want to turn on the air conditioner. It was stuffy! The trash can at the elevator entrance seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for a week. The bedclothes in the room were clean. The glass partition should be cleaned once a year. It's a waste of such a big room. When I booked the room, it was marked with a bathtub, but the room didn't have one. I asked the waiter, and he said there was none. I wanted to ask, why is there one in your pictures if there is none? It's hard to eat in the surrounding area. There are only stalls selling fabrics. It's very chaotic with heavy traffic. I was going to stay for two more days with my children, but I checked out the next day

The stains are generally old and the electronic version is also slow. The carpets and seats in the room are stained. There are many mosquitoes and small insects in the room at night. I was covered with lumps.

My trip to Guangzhou during the Spring Festival ended successfully. I stayed at Hongzhou Century Hotel for three nights and my sleep quality was super good! Looking forward to staying again, highly recommended.

I stay here every time I come on business trips. It's very quiet at night and the room is large. Sanitation: Very clean Service: The front desk staff is nice Facilities: Very complete, free parking

Environment: The environment is relatively clean Service: The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. If you have any questions, Ms. Yao at the front desk will answer them in detail. The only problem is that the road is very congested during rush hour.

The hotel is well-equipped and clean. The front desk and room services are in place. Any requirements will be met in a timely manner. The service provided by Little Bear is very good and enthusiastic.

The hotel facilities are very complete and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk Xiao Xiong provided good service and was very patient and enthusiastic towards us. I give her a good review
