I stayed for 6 nights in a row. I felt so sick on the last night that I quickly checked out and looked for another hotel. On the second night, I asked to change the bed sheets. The aunt came in and took two minutes to fix the bed sheets and quilt covers. Then she changed two trash can bags in one minute and tidied them up. The whole process was completed in less than five minutes. On the last night, I went out in the morning and told the front desk that I was going to change the quilt cover today. I went back at 6pm, but I didn't change it. I called the front desk and asked me to give me sheets and quilt covers and let me change them myself. I said I couldn't do it, and Qi Bao said she couldn't do it either. Then I was speechless for a minute. I asked how to solve it, but she said she couldn't solve it and that her aunt was off work. , Auntie was too busy and forgot to change it. She had a very bad attitude throughout the whole process and didn't even say a word of apology. Anyway, it was not her responsibility and she couldn't solve it regardless of what happened to her. Finally I checked out and couldn't stay. Looking at the pictures, the floor has not been cleaned, and the bathroom glass is covered with paste.

Overall, it's okay. I've stayed here once or twice before and I would choose it again if I felt good about it. However, this time I checked in a bit awkwardly. The toilet door was broken and there was no one. It wasn't repaired because it was broken. It was inconvenient to go to the bathroom. Embarrassing. My friend is used to drinking hot water because of a bad gastrointestinal condition. After checking in during the day, he went out directly. When he came back at night, he found that the kettle was not working (I usually never use the hot water kettle in hotels when I go out by myself. It doesn’t matter if I live by myself). Although the staff on duty The young lady quickly brought us bottled water, but I felt very guilty. I was always worried that my friend would have diarrhea after drinking cold water, so I gave five stars for everything except the equipment during this stay. I hope it can be improved.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. The front desk is very spacious in the lobby on the first floor. The service attitude of the front desk guy Li Jialong is also very good. The room is quite comfortable.

The environment and facilities are relatively old, and the preferential rooms are assigned to the rooms at the end. I'm not particularly satisfied with this. I can still change rooms if I ask. Overall it's okay.

The hotel is quiet, the exhibition is nearby, and the duplex unit is quite interesting. The hotel WIFI is broken and it will take two days to be repaired. There is no TV to watch, and the computer cannot access the Internet, which is a bit inconvenient.

The road is more difficult to walk at night, but it's actually okay, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. The decoration is very high-end, and there is a parking lot. The name Zenyu matches the hotel very well. It is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. Next door is a high-end residential area and Zhixin Middle School. I am afraid that I will not be able to sleep well at night when I am on a business trip. It is very quiet here at night, and there is a subway station and a large shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient. The lady at the front desk, Liu Yongshan, is very nice!
