The room size is big and very clean. All staff are very courteous and thoughtful.

Good location helpful staff the breakfast is ok, not bad with a wide range of selection. If u want to experience Chinese tradition, it is a good choice.

The room is spacious and the service is good. First day was served by Zhang Cheng Fu and he helped to carry all luggages to our rooms as there is a small staircase. In short, we will definitely consider this hotel again when we visit Guangzhou next time.

Hotel is great. Service is excellent. Not so near to the mrt, need to walk like 10 minutes.

The hotel is a historic landmark in Guangzhou. The facility seem to be outdated in the public areas. However, the rooms were surprisingly large, modern and spacious. It was very comfortable for families. The room was supplied with rubber slippers for the walk-in shower, and soft comfy Terry-cloth slippers for the guest room. Bottles of water were provided daily. We liked its location as it is close to bus stops, Subway entrances to Line 1 and 2, wet market, and a decent selection of restaurants. The only complaint we had was that the hotel had very little flexibility with reservations as it’s non-refundable. We will stay here again if our travel plans don’t change.

Excellent service. Excellent location. We are traveling with big families. There are 15 of us. We booked two family rooms and 3 twin rooms. When we arrived, we were told that family rooms are not available. Manager Xu helps to allocate 7rooms without any extra charge. Rooms are clean and spacious. Easy access to many places. Taxi to Beijing road cost RMB 12 only. I would like to thanks manager Xu and all the staff in Yingbin for excellent services.

Staff are friendly Hotel is about 10mins walk away from Gongyuan qian station. If you are taking cab from panyu district / guangzhou railway south, do allocate double the time shown on GPS due to traffic congestion. It is recommended to take train to hotel instead. Hotel looks ancient as it has history and is a traditional hotel. The Chinese restaurant located at the lobby is superb, must try their dim sum, service is also great.
