老闆的很熱情，特別是老闆娘，我説充電器不知道是不是落在賓館了，老闆娘也沒有覺得耐煩，説幫我看一下，聲音很甜美的老闆娘，衞生很乾凈的，地板很乾凈，梳子一次性牙刷，紙杯也有，價格也適宜，不錯不錯哈哈哈很滿意

老闆人很熱情。也換了大床房。但是房間隔音很差。半夜被樓道外的聲音吵醒。或者是窗外的空調主機的聲音也很大。

來考試住的，環境是自家房子改造的確實不能跟酒店比，什麼都沒有的，建議都要自帶。感覺床品不是特別乾淨，裹着外套睡的，建議大家可以自帶睡袋啥的～
店家態度是很好的👌

考試過來住的，老闆一家人很熱情，態度很好，不過這一片白天晚上都很多重型超長大卡車經過，地動山搖那種，環境吵，但這一片全都是這個環境，沒得挑。至於房間本身，沒太多説的，因為平常一天就80左右的住宿費，自己想想就知道80左右能有啥條件。優點是離考點十分近。周邊吃的很一般，外賣也十分的遠，這附近的客棧都差不多這樣的。如果對環境不挑剔接受將就或者希望早點過來住下以逸待勞考試的可以考慮，如果怕吵或追求環境很好的就不用考慮了。老闆是一家人，態度十分好，能夠幫忙的他們都會幫忙，很好説話。

跟圖片有差距，隔音挺差的，離馬路比較近，夜晚很多大貨車經過，很吵。而且樓下養公雞了，早上五點多會叫。隔壁房間説話，也聽得到。

在廣州理工考試，提前預訂的，老闆一直保留到晚上9點多我過來，要知道當晚附近酒店供不應求，基本都漲到600以上了，進門老闆很熱心很快辦理了入住。後面充電器忘記在賓館，老闆幫忙收起來了，考試後聯繫老闆，老闆當晚就聯繫了快遞寄出，非常熱心！
