接手其他酒店沒有經過裝修，房間很大設施老舊。
前台把2個客户的換房需求搞混了，我帶行李折騰半小時最後沒有房間換，前台説要加錢。為何前台自己腦子不夠用搞錯。客人12樓走到10樓了還不給換？

上次已曾入住，酒店位置很好，附近美食多，服务员礼貌，因此，今次再次選擇入住 3 晚（ 2 個房间 ）。但今次有点失望，入住當晚已經故障無法收看电视，據稱全部房間也是一樣，並且已经维修多天了，只是最後一晚才能收看，但仍然不清晰，令到今次入住有点美中不足。
