設施老舊，前台服務一點都不熱情，愛答不理，衞生狀況堪憂，靠濃重的香薰遮蓋，房間裏有空水瓶，椅子有不明物體，帶窗的房間樓下半夜12點多還在施工，要求換房間後，經理上來要求我凌晨收拾行李，帶着孩子來長隆動物王國，遇到的所有人都禮貌，停車輛保安都待人熱情，維也納上上下下都很差勁👎，千萬不要來住！

房間大，設施陳舊，樓層房間特別多，衞生條件欠佳，晚上蚊子多，被咬醒好幾次，根本沒睡好覺，沒有驅蚊的相關設備，空調也沒什麼作用。離地鐵站有點遠，打車需10塊左右。這裏除了有免費停車場，離野生動物園很近以外，沒有其它可值得推薦的。

這是一次難忘的體驗
一共定了2間房，爸媽一間，我和老婆一間
本來訂的無窗房，但是無窗房根本無法入住，霉臭味特別嚴重
好在服務員給我們換了有窗房
但是早晨媽媽起身拉窗簾的時候看到2隻大蟑螂🪳 OMG，很擔心在看不到的地方有多少蟑螂
我自己住的房間 地毯很髒 地板磚地面，踩上去黏黏的感覺。其他問題我就不想說了，我都不知道為什麼會訂這裡
😮💨 跟服務員和主管反映這些問題，主管都在躲著我們，感覺這家店的內部管理很混亂。

⭕廣州長隆選酒店，希望既便宜又實用
❗作為住香江酒店的過渡酒店，還行吧。去景區玩，還是景區套票比較划算。
⚠️先説位置：
1.離香江酒店很近，這個酒店位置挺好的，就在香江酒店對面，而長隆香江酒店旁邊就是麗楓酒店。當時選的時候看到這個酒店的評分很高，實地考察感覺麗楓酒店環境更好，更安靜一些
2.旁邊就有一個小巷子，像一個城中村。裏面有很多街邊攤，早餐也有，糖水店，腸粉店……（圖4 圖5）
（最後三張圖，就是分別站在維也納酒店和香江酒店拍攝的，三個酒店的位置。一條馬路之隔）
3. 斜對面還有一個萬民城，可以喂鴿子，也有很多的美食。
💦吐槽：
1、設施確實老舊，就是個頂多三星的樣子，毛巾確實不是很白凈。
2、很多東西需要，打電話要。比如説針線包，比如説枕頭。（感覺枕頭很多，但都非常舊，所以很扁，不飽滿，不好睡）每個人睡眠習慣不同哈。
3、隔音真的是差，關個門，隨便説句話，都能聽得一清二楚。在國道旁邊，所以會有大車的喇叭聲。
人性化‼️⭐
♥早餐説是因為疫情，取消自助變成一份一份的。按人數給了三份。本來是兩份，因為有小朋友多送了一份。感謝🙏
🚫但是早餐的構成確實很單調。沒有蔬菜，全是主食。（有早餐的房間貴60~80元，這個級別差一些）
♥️服務的態度很好，要什麼隨時電話隨時聯繫，隨時到位 。

總之是一個性價比還不錯的地方吧。如果想要去長隆遊玩，做湘江酒店的巴士，其實對面的麗楓酒店更近和安靜，感覺更新一些。

小姐姐服務態度很好，辦理入住會給你端來一杯茶水，然後也告知了周邊的商場，附近設施便利，房間也很乾凈，離動物園也很近，總體來説還是不錯的，下次去玩還是會過來
