Bed is not clean, all of us got bed bug bite, terrible. Already inform to clean the bed, 2nd night still very itchy ended up more bites, and the bites after awhile will have small round things, very itchy and red
Only good thing about the hotel is near to zoo north door, there's one guy receptionist is very helpful by helping us to order didi car.
Thank you but no next time.

Very small rooms therefore very ecpensive, very friedly staff, very helpful, nothing around but chimelong in walking distance, no metro station sround, no taxis, if they bargain the fee to the double of resl price, do not use it or if you speak chinese bargain. If you go to chimelong choose a location close to hanxi metro station

酒店是24年新建的所以設備非常新，服務員態度熱情非常滿意，就是WiFi信號不是很穩定速度也比較慢，自助早餐種類比較少且大部分是預製菜😅

新開的酒店，很乾凈，主要離長隆野生動物世界非常近，隔壁就是長隆香江酒店。從酒店步行可以入園，早點去還不用排隊，10點入園直接坐上了小火車，非常棒

入住的是親子房，房間空間很大，配備遊戲墊，適合小朋友在墊上玩耍。工作人員服務很好，房間裏衹能語音控制，能和前台聯繫通話。小朋友的潔具要問前台領取。酒店還提供免費洗衣烘衣、有償自助早餐，以後建議提供午餐和晚餐，這樣就更好。了。

有一説一，升級了浴缸雙床房房間比較大這點是滿意的。但是，第一，酒店的價格真的是虛高的厲害，提前在攜程上定，五一加價可以理解，可是五一當天到了酒店發現現場比網上便宜多了（攜程一晚1020，現場標價800多），這就很不爽了，你要有差價怎麼也過了五一吧。第二，説是新酒店，酒店設施真的是差勁，一千多的酒店，衞生間設施破的，那個花灑提拉桿有問題，開熱水才能從花灑出，冷水直接水龍頭出來，中間一度還沒冷水（反應後解決的倒是挺快）。第三，衞生間那個門，關起來從裏面很難開，我一個大人都推不開，反正第一晚真的是被衞生間氣死。第四，酒店插頭，床兩邊一邊查了小度語音，一邊插蚊香液，充個電完全給他拔了。總之，設施真的是差，對不上這個房價。
