The hotel was built in 2024, so the equipment is very new. The waiters are very enthusiastic and very satisfied. However, the WiFi signal is not very stable and slow. The buffet breakfast has relatively few types and most of them are pre-made dishes😅

The hotel is newly opened, very clean, and very close to Chimelong Safari Park. Next door is Chimelong Xiangjiang Hotel. You can walk into the park from the hotel. If you go early, you don't have to queue. You can get on the train directly after entering the park at 10 o'clock. It's great

We stayed in a parent-child room, which was spacious and equipped with a game mat, suitable for children to play on. The staff provided good service. The room can only be controlled by voice, and the front desk can be contacted. Children's toiletries need to be collected from the front desk. The hotel also provides free laundry and drying, paid buffet breakfast, and it is recommended to provide lunch and dinner in the future, which will be better.

To be honest, I am satisfied with the upgraded twin room with bathtub and it is bigger. However, first, the price of the hotel is really inflated. I booked it on Ctrip in advance, and the price increase during the May Day holiday is understandable. However, when I arrived at the hotel on the May Day holiday, I found that the price on site was much cheaper than that on the Internet (Ctrip was 1020 per night, and the price on site was more than 800). This is very unpleasant. If you have the price difference, you should have spent the May Day holiday. Second, it is a new hotel, but the hotel facilities are really bad. The hotel costs more than 1,000 yuan, and the bathroom facilities are broken. There is a problem with the pull rod of the shower head. The hot water can only come out of the shower head when it is turned on, and the cold water comes out directly from the faucet. There was no cold water in the middle (it was solved quickly after the response). Third, the door of the bathroom is difficult to open from the inside when it is closed. Even an adult like me can't push it open. Anyway, I was really annoyed by the bathroom on the first night. Fourth, the hotel plugs, on both sides of the bed, I checked Xiaodu voice and plugged in mosquito coils, and I completely unplugged it when I was charging. In short, the facilities are really bad and don't match the room price.

I like the night shift guy at the hotel. From raising the problem to solving the problem, both the solution and the speed of solving it are great. Because of such service, I will choose this hotel again next time.
