The transportation is very convenient. The bus station is just two minutes away from the gate of Huagong. The owner is very friendly and the service attitude is very good. It is recommended.

嗯～ 雖然阿姨的服務還可以，不過實事求是，訂單還是該給差評就得有差評。存在以下問題：1.基礎設施落後。牆紙脱落；塑料花爛；廁所門損壞；燈光昏暗根本看不了書；塑料椅子臟。2.夜間環境嘈雜。12點睡著了，12點半就給吵醒了，直到兩點半才睡着。一方面是外面賣炒麪的攤販生意極好，顛勺聲音綿綿不絕；環衞工人敬業，垃圾車開始清理垃圾；另一方面！外面有人喝酒聚餐！笑聲！調侃聲不絕於耳，根本無法睡，音貝高達50+！！！ 早上6點，附近的民工上班，一大堆人超大聲聊天，又把我吵醒了。隔天要考試，當晚睡了4個小時不到！ ！要不是一點的時候投訴，商家送來耳塞，我一晚要被吵到睡不着。3.環境條件糟糕。有蚊子啊！很大衹蚊子！要點蚊香驅蚊！！ 最後，我真的服了！90塊錢訂房的小情侶我無法評價，不過要是跟我一樣花了高價錢，翻了5倍為了準備考試的！！不建議，會被吵到睡不着！！隔天要不是喝了3杯美式，我真的要g。

環境真的不要太差，又暗又潮濕，燈還是壞的，蚊子又多，一晚上得給你咬八百個包。考研複試期間收費還收的賊貴。根本不值這個價。還沒有床給你睡，就衹有一張床墊子，挺無語的。

房間比較吵，建議窗户玻璃可以用隔音的，下邊就是大排檔那些，很多人説話和搖骰子。房間衞生間排風扇壞了，那個葉片不會打開，建議修一下，其他還好，服務不錯，衞生條件還行

性價比高附近有吃的但晚上很安靜睡得很香可能有一兩衹蚊子不過有蚊香液跟蚊香我入住時天氣冷睡覺打了一衹就沒再看到了

首先看到評價就很假，感覺就像是刷的，環境很差 ，拖鞋也很臟，穿起來黏黏的，空調也不太能製冷，老闆娘説就是這樣，吹久了就會，還有一晚上斷了三四次點，一斷電，整個房間就瞬間很熱，明明是可以兩個人入住，浴巾卻衹有一條，十一點打電話老闆娘卻不接，還有洗漱台的位置都發黴了。不建議選這家

大學城周邊的公寓都差不多，舊舊的，床硬也有點壞的，凹進去的，看着感覺很臟有蚊子外面空調機很響，而且也不便宜
