First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. But you can feel the attitude of the other party trying to provide good service. In addition, the old central location just across the road from Beiyuan Restaurant can definitely be a reason to stay here again next time.

Got an upgrade in parent/child room on 35th floor It looked fully renovated, fresh scent and carpet smell. My room was very big and clean and looked like I was the first one to use it. It had that fresh smell They could change the breakfast times to times and add more options for halal/muslims customers. Overall they have a lot of options in breakfast too Cleaning was spot on and location is very near to all restaurants and shops. Multiple Canton Fair shuttle a day to pick you up and drop you back to hotel Swimming and gym was also very nice I would use it again for sure but only if it’s 35th floor and above

Front Desk staff is top service, housekeeping lady that clean my room, thank you so much for the hand writing note.Concierge staff, doesn’t feel like helping traveller like us. I want to thank front desk for helping me and assisting on my request. Here are the major negative thing that i personally feel 1. Centralized A/C which is too hot even though i have switch to the lowest degree with cool high air. 2. Window too dusty as i was told to open the window if is too hot and stuffy 3. Shower top needs to change as the rubber tip turn brownish and water shooting from different direction 4. Breakfast expenses need to pay on the spot and not able to settle upon departure 5. Lift is alittle scary to me even though is safe. The lift have not completely stop and the door open. Overall, staffs is good but hotel is kinda old.

I will book this hotel again if I'm back on GZ.

The room is on the 2nd floor and the environment is OK. Book this hotel at this price, mainly because it is convenient to play on Beijing Road. Others don't ask for so much.

I got a classic room on 29th floor but the whole floor and room had a strong stink of smoke and mould . I complained about it to front desk and told how sensitive i am towards smoke and they were very kind to upgrade my room on 27th floor. Which was cleaner and bigger and it made my two night stay wonderful. So big thank-you to the lady behind the front desk. The whole staff was welcoming and helpful . They also helped me with food delivery putting address on my app and talking to kuaidi guys. Besides hotel is located in w wonderful area lots of touristic spots , great restaurants and shops/ malls on walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again and will make sure to have bigger room. Breakfast was fairly decent for the prices. The on spot fried jaozi were my fav though.

Upon arrival at the hotel after the check in time of 2:00pm, we were told that the rooms were not yet cleaned but we were given keys to the rooms. We would expect to get into cleaned rooms without any hassle for a hotel of this standing. It was quite horrifying to go into a room that is not cleaned. One of the rooms had a heavy cigarette smell and that needs to be changed. We have reserved 3 rooms but each room is a a different floor and our key card cannot access to other floors due to security reasons. The room is ok but there is a stain on the chair and some cigarette smell. The bed is also quite firm which may not suit everyone. The hotel should consider enforcing a check out time that would enable them to turn around the rooms in a timely manner.

When traveling to Guangzhou, I recommend staying in a B&B. Yuexiu Longtengli is a bustling metropolis. Line 1 is at the door, and buses connect to all directions. Adjacent to the specialty store, you can find all kinds of snacks. Guozi scallion pancakes, you have to wait in line. Being in a downtown area, there are also many attractions, such as a farmers' training center and the tombs of martyrs. Feifei's private apartment is exactly what I wanted. The old private building looks like a crouching tiger hidden in a forest. The decoration is tasteful and comparable to that of a big restaurant. The bay is not too big and the functions are all excellent. There are many famous brands of appliances, so you don’t have to worry about using them. The floor is clean, the walls are clean, and the white undershirt protects the bed. Pocket pot and stove, suitable for cooking simple meals. There is also a large terrace where you can enjoy tea with friends. This time I stayed in a B&B, which was as cozy as home. I feel emotional in my heart and leave my essay online. Room is very spacious, projection TV is great. However I felt if a Queen bed instead of King bed is used, would give a bit more walking space around the bed. Cleaning staff and check in staff are friendly and helpful. 2 in 1 Washer n Dryer is useful but needs to look into maintenance. It was dirty inside the drum. I ran a tub clean function and wiped down the washer door and seal. I then let it dry for a day before using.

Excellent location. Do note that if booking Didi from airport, the hotel is called 美居, cost approx RMB50-60 including toll. Room has smart TV, good shower and aircon. Passenger lift is often spoilt or very slow. When we checked out today, all 4 passenger lifts were not working, everyone in the hotel had to use the one and only cargo lift and it was chaotic and stressful for those of us catching flights. We were on level 15 and had to plead passengers to squeeze and make room for our luggages in the cargo lift, one of us then walked down the stairs. Staff 米朵was most helpful with recommended dining locations.

The hotel was renovated from an old building, and the soundproofing was OK. It had everything you would expect from a budget hotel. The hotel is located in a residential area. There are many breakfast options. For dinner, if there are not many people, you can choose the roasted pork rice next to it. It is affordable and tastes good.
