First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. The housekeeping staff even found out that I drink coffee every day, so they put some extra coffee capsules in the bag so that I could drink it with peace of mind😀 Although the hotel's catering is not yet complete, the scenery is almost non-existent, and the young service staff's response is a bit ****y. But you can feel the attitude of the other party trying to provide good service. In addition, the old central location just across the road from Beiyuan Restaurant can definitely be a reason to stay here again next time.

I haven’t been back to Guangzhou for a long time. I miss this hotel very much. It has been renovated a lot. The breakfast in the restaurant on the second floor is various. There are enthusiastic staff in the front hall, a good-looking guy and a beautiful girl. The guest rooms are full of enthusiasm. Sister, the room is still as clean and tidy as before, and there is a new laundry room, and the washing machine also has a drying function, so you don't have to worry about the clothes not drying for several days. Love this hotel. Facilities: Laundry room, quick wash, spin and dry in one Hygiene: Clean and tidy, equipped with disposable toilet seat covers and disposable bathtub bags. Environment: The environment is beautiful, the decoration is exquisite, and the photos are very artistic. Service: The front office service is very good and will always care about your needs. Delicious snacks in the lobby and heart-warming tea in the lobby: Delicious and healthy Luo Han Guo tea is provided, paired with snacks.

Transfer to Guangzhou to take the high-speed rail, hurriedly booked the hotel, and mistakenly entered the small North Black gathering area. When taking a taxi, the driver specifically asked to be careful. The hotel is small, the sanitary conditions are very poor, the location is not good, although the name is Xiaobei Subway Station, but it takes 13 minutes to walk from the nearest subway station and go up and down the overpass. There are a lot of international friends in the hotel, and you must pay attention to your belongings when you travel. Don't enter the Xinjiang restaurant next to the hotel, dirty and messy, no service.

The newly opened hotel has very good hygiene and environment. All facilities are very new. The buffet breakfast also has a lot of varieties. There are washing machines and dryers on the first floor. You can ask for a small bag of laundry detergent from the front desk. You can also ask for mineral water if you don't have enough. It can be said to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It was a pleasant stay at this hotel until I bought the breakfast voucher, to my dismay, breakfast timing was 7-10am, We went for breakfast on the first day at 9am, the food was left with 30% choices and there isn’t any refill which can be understood but the second day we went at 8.30am and the food left was 5%, everything on the plate was left empty except for the noodles section, can’t believe what we saw. There are more people entering to eat breakfast at 9am and overheard the guest asked is there any food left, all was directed to the noodles section waiting for the chef to cook and also the egg section (same chef as the noodles). This is so unbelievable, we paid the for the breakfast and we are not given any decent dood refill, might as well I spent it at the outside shops. Given a choice, will never want to stay here again although the stay was good but the eatery surrounding are not use to as vibrant as before.
