Had an enjoyable stay, will return! - Location is strategic on subway line 3, can reach airport and tourists spots easily. B1 is the subway station (Dinggang Station頂崗站). It is linked to a shopping mall, great for shopping, dining and cinema going/entertainment, covered and not affected by rainy weather. -The corner room at 27th floor is tastefully designed, big, clean and have excellent view of the city. Amenities were complete except the shower gel was not replenished after previous guest stay. -Breakfast variety is good, ambiance is perfect at 36th floor, can fully appreciate the view of Guangzhou city and its transformation from old to modern. -Front reception ladies named Cici and Kiki were very polite and helped us checked in early and arranged luggage storage after we checked out for more shopping next to the hotel. -The welcome drink which is a free coffee voucher at a premium coffee bar next to the reception is very thoughtful indeed.

Stayed during canton fair & a week after. Total 2+ weeks. Here are my feedback: - location can get any better. With Shipaiqiao metro station just few steps away. Exit b on the right & exit A on the left. I usually take exit A through the mall next door if u don’t want to climb steps. - mall next door called one link mall. It has all that you need. From food, shopping, Starbucks & others. - malls: there are series of malls next to each other. Walk through one link mall exit on the other side to reach to the enormous Grandview mall. Across grandview mall you get the popular underground mall. Continue straight you get the Tianhe sports complex mall. - there are many eateries around & 711/ family mart - taxi drop is either at the side of the hotel or Main Street which is advantage to go around but not so much when you have lots of luggage. So it’s good to ask driver to drop you at the side with your luggage. Take note that when searching with the hotel address in didi taxi app, you will get many different hotel names but they all lead to the same. - there are two hotels in the same building . Grand rezee & Elchic which is the actual name of the hotel on the building. -cleanliness: its very good. You will see some Aging/ scratches on furniture & others but overall very good - staff are willing to help. I tend to ask them for help not in peak hours. I had few times when they don’t reply or not so helpful & usually when they are busy which was understandable. I asked them to extend my checkout to 6 pm for free since I stayed 2+ weeks but they didn’t accept. So I paid for it. - breakfast just ok if you are used to western breakfast but otherwise is good. - laundry room, drinking station at lobby & other facilities are really good. - communication is usually through WeChat with staff. So any request I needed, I’ll message them. That came very useful as I don’t speak Chinese. - I’m solo traveller & felt very safe in the area - room: not as big but adequate. Most importantly, clean. Stayed on the 18th floor & the view was great. Bed is very firm for me so I had to ask for additional blanket & slept on it. Finally, I would say, if this is in your budget. Don’t hesitate to book it. Esp if it’s your first time in Guangzhou. P.s. free shuttle bus to canton fair was not helpful as it goes out very early at 8 & 8:10 am (I think most booth weren’t ready until around 10. And the coming back was so late at 5:50/ 6 pm. The fair closes around 4+. And the bus parks at area D where the rest of other hotel buses were at area A. The walk from area a to D is very far. So A A during my stay I did not use the bus. I really hope the hotel improves the timing for next year. Perhaps one early & one late to accommodate not only the booth owners but also the fair visitors.

I always enjoy coming back to this hotel. Easy access to the airport and the ain attractions. A lively area. And staff are always courteous. Especially 大C- The breakfast is also very good.

1. The Stardard Double Room was new, modern, clean, and spacious enough for two large suitcases without feeling much cramped. 2. The location is awesome – close to a lively neighborhood and shopping malls. The area feels very local and happening. 3. The receptionists were super helpful: ＞ As a foreigner, I couldn’t use MeiTuan food delivery apps, but they helped me order (I just had to Alipay them). ＞ They even collected my Taobao deliveries for me. 4. Receptionist gave us cookies as a sweet farewell gift when we checked out – such a nice touch! 5. Daily cleaning was spot-on. Everything felt fresh and tidy every day. What Could Be Better: 1. Finding the Hotel: ＞ Didi drivers sometimes struggled with the GPS location, and three drivers couldn’t find the hotel. It’d be great if the hotel updated its map location to make it easier for tourists like us, especially since we couldn’t call the drivers using a local number. 2. Room Lighting Setup: ＞ Bathroom and makeup area share the same light switch, which woke my partner up every time when I needed to use the bathroom at night. It’d be nice to separate these lights. Overall: 4.5/5 – Had a great stay and would totally recommend this place. Would definitely come back!

Excellent service provided by the (morning shift) front desk staff Ms Huai Ye (淮叶). She met all of needs during our 3 nights stay in Atour S Hotel. We had a Amazing experience staying here. We will recommend this Hotel to family and friends coming to GZ. The room is clean and the view of the riverside is Awesome !! This hotel is near to famous beijing road and very convenience to get food and shopping. 👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰

The property's location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and plenty of shopping and must-go restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the housekeeping service ensured a comfortable stay. While the facilities were not extensive, they were well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant experience. Free laundry service at level 30!! The staffs were very helpful and attentive, adding to the overall positive impression of the property. They do assist to receive taobao parcel as well. The restaurant located at 5th floor in the same building is a must go too, their food are exceptionally delicious and sighted many locals were dining there too.

The location is good. There is a foods street just opposite the hotel and just 5 minutes walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. Seperate toilet and shower area is great. There is free coffee machines and drinks at the hotel lobby so we can have coffee every morning. All the staffs are very friendly, the hotel even provides me more (4-5) bottles of drinking water everyday and late checkout till 2pm. The only cons are the soundproofing in the room is not that good, can hear the noise from next door and also outside the window. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Room is clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful, it was raining so I asked the front desk for an umbrella and they didn't hesitate to give me one. Location is good, metro station is right below. Although the dinning area has a nice catching view to enjoy while eating, breakfast needs much improvement as there were not many choices. .

Service at the reception at the counter was excellent. I had no issues in getting help to book a Didi or during check in and out of the hotel. Hotel is new, loved the ID work. Had a really good stay, bed was excellent too and had a good 3 days 2 nights. 1. Buffet Breakfast - good local offerings, love it. 2. Laundry on 3rd flr - as it was a long trip for us - 14 days - we went through quite a number. My thoughts - please provide a table or space to fold the laundry. Please do provide a rubbish bin, someone left some there but I realize, it is because there is no bin to dispose of rubbish. 3. Co-sharing work space at the lobby, please provide sign that users are to throw their own rubbish to the bin. We had to clear them even though the bin was right there. 4. Location - slightly a bit off and when calling Didi, 2 of them got confused as there is another hotel just next door. As Park Inn is hidden and they need to go through a car barrier, so they waited for us outside. A signage may help that they can drive through the barrier. Guangzhou Railway Station and the Subway Line is about 10 mins walk and the wholesalers for clothes are within walking distance. Just take the underground pass located in front of the Railway or Metro Station to get across to the shopping areas. Also since we booked the Deluxe Room, our rooms are facing the railway lines, if you are sensitive to noise, please do take that into consideration. For our group, we slept through, as we were at the tail end of our trip and could sleep through anything at that point of time. Moreover, you need to open the window to air the room during colder months as only hot air is provided from the air con.

hotel got me a free shuttle service at 3am from the airport to hotel and they upgraded me to a bigger room, room was spacious and clean. The front desk was very helpful too. High recommended!
