總的來説應該就是寫字樓爆改成的酒店，酒店在攜程定位其實有誤，實際地址在天俊閣（天河路365號）的14層，酒店為一層樓的面積，前台就是在過道擺張桌子，較為簡陋！前台工作人員x2，清潔阿姨x1左右的規模，通過加vx的方式聯繫前台（因為房間無固話）。 先説房間: 房間內景觀可以，落地窗直麪萬菱滙，房間面積較小，房間隔音一般，因為對着天河路，馬路上車輛吵雜聲也挺影響休息，有投影儀，可以免費看部分電影，但是遙控器顯舊且不太靈敏，我這房間的投影遙控器連電池後蓋都沒有了，床也不大，但不會説偏軟，躺着感覺還行，提供免費用水3瓶，抽紙1疊，電熱水壺1個，玻璃水杯2個（非一次性）。再説説洗手間: 洗漱用品2套（一次性），電風筒1個，塑膠拖鞋2雙（非一次性），熱水器是電熱水器，熱水需要時間存儲，比如2個人連續洗澡，第一個人洗完，如果把熱水用完，第二個人就要等熱水。然後廁所內沒有抽風口，衹能通過洗澡房旁邊的小窗户把熱氣或氣味自然排出去，這個設計很奇葩！因為你洗澡的時候，現在冬天需要把熱氣排出去，但是如果你開着窗户洗澡，旁邊就是寫字樓或者住宅樓，別人能看到你，如果你開着窗户洗的情況下又拉着窗簾，熱氣可以説幾乎也是排不出去的，這就是為什麼我説這個設計很奇葩的原因。 還有一些其它細節記不太清了，反正大概就是我所描述的樣子~ 停車方面:酒店不免停車費，沒有停車優惠，天俊閣的收費標準是12元/小時，需要在停車場門口掃碼預約車位才能停進去，而且得預付三小時停車費，車輛出來的時候停車費多退少補，並且停車場貌似沒有門禁卡的話不能坐電梯直達樓上，衹能從停車場出口通道出來右側一樓進入天俊閣大堂才能乘坐電梯上去（1、2、3號梯都能到14樓）。 附近距離最近的地鐵站是: 廣州地鐵1號線體育中心站與3號線石牌橋站。 整體來説，這酒店公寓的性價比還算可以吧，畢竟在這個地段，價格合適之餘出行也很方便，附近都是商圈，應有盡有。 評價僅供參考，本人入住後的親身體驗分享，僅此而已。
