The second problem, I live in room 4019, and there will be a big sound of ventilation every few minutes, it seems to be central air conditioning, which seriously affects the rest. 我很懶不怎麼寫評價的，但是一旦要寫那一定是我覺得想反饋點什麼好讓酒店能更好的經營。 1、酒店到店接待 我是12：50的樣子到達酒店，到前台辦理入住時還沒能有房間打掃出來，這個我比較理解因為是度假酒店，退房都比較晚這能接受。 2、中午酒店午餐 因為房間的緣故我就和家人先行前往餐廳點餐用午飯，首先肯定環境那是真的美，內部打掃很乾凈。午餐價格也算不高，中餐我點了宮保雞丁，麻婆豆腐，魚香肉絲，蛋炒飯。味道中規中矩，但是服務我要説一下宮保雞丁端上桌子是涼的，我想問服務員忘了還是預製菜？這希望能改進，中午用餐的人不多。 3、房間環境 房間環境我是很滿意的，大，寬敞，暖氣充足。衞生間的衞生和房間衞生都很好。還送了歡迎水果（我兩個房間衹送了一個）這個建議服務標準化避免客户心裏落差。裏面的小吃，水，飲料都是免費的這個我很滿意。 4、酒店環境 上了圖，酒店環境應該是曾家山最好的了沒有之一，還帶温泉泡池，玩雪累了泡泡澡那是真的不錯。所以環境很棒，沒來過的可以來一次養養身體和精神。 5、晚餐 我是中午用餐時就預訂了晚餐點了特色湯鍋（菌湯鍋），因為點的早所以有預留位子和提前上好了菜，湯鍋熬的湯還是很不錯的，但是我對服務的不滿也從這裏開始了，一上桌我就覺得需要加點菜就點了午餐肉和蛋炒飯然後點了温啤酒。午餐肉上的很快，但是這個午餐肉的品質一下就拉低了酒店的檔次，我是食客我也願意付錢但是我不需要全是澱粉不知道是什麼的午餐肉。我點了給了錢但是我沒吃這是我的抗議。第二孩子一直在等蛋炒飯，我不開玩笑基本上是等了一個小時催了三次以上才來的蛋炒飯，温啤酒也是快吃完了才哪來，服務員還説是我才點的😂，這種服務希望酒店能看到能整改。 6、退房 首先肯定的是退房有禮貌，然後有歡送禮，讓孩子很開心。對我而言出門熱車時感動到了我是給車的擋風玻璃帶了車罩避免雨雪。退房過程也很順利，但是就是我出發後發現孩子眼鏡應該是留在了房間，前台也有積極迴應，但是就是沒找到。近視眼鏡我想應該不會有人要但是明確知道東西就在房間洗漱台。但是反饋的是沒找到，那我就有感覺客房服務為了方便對顧客遺留的東西都當垃圾處理了嗎？這也希望酒店能看到。 説這麼多希望酒店越來越好。
