My first room was good. Then I extended my stay and was given a room with a fabulous view but bathroom and toilet was down the corridor. Not pleasant.
It is a family run business. Everyone was helpful, especially Andrea.

The room towards the lake has a very nice view. The room also has an accessible toilet but not sure if that’s for all rooms. The location is literally 3-5 min away from the Cadenabbia ferry

This is right beside the lake with a good view. The property is historic and family operated with a quaintness I enjoyed. Being my first trip to Italy I needed to slip into to culture and was aptly welcomed. Parking was free and walking for shopping and restaurants was easy! I highly recommend this good value hotel.

It was truly fabulous stay!!! We've been deeply impressed: The best view on the Como lake and one of the best views ever!!! Service personnel – friendly and caring, with that personal touch that you won’t get in most of the big hotels. You couldn’t get the better value for the very decent at the Como lake price! Lovely hotel. Views to die for from the balcony. lovely accommodating staff. Great location to access Menaggio, Bellagio, Tremezzo etc. greeted by Cookie the dog on arrival. Nice bar next door. Will be back again in the summer 100%.

I asked politely the owner if she could exchange the batteries of the AC remote control since the room we where staying faced the main road and the noise didn’t let us sleep the night before. The women started making fun of me with a coworker. I asked her why she needed to make those comments. Subsequently, she got very angry, grabbed me by my shirt and tried to hit me multiple times with the AC remote control. She said “ you have 5 min to go and I will call the police” at this point I had my wife and friends that were staying also in the hotel recording the whole situation since the women was shouting and cursing me very loudly. We ended up leaving the hotel at 11pm with our whole travel group. It was the worse experience of our lives and no other guest should experience this assault. Unfortunately trip advisor doesn’t allow me to upload the recorded video of the aggression.

Nice good, excellent staff. We arrived at nearby apartments late on a Friday evening. There was no way for us to enter and nobody was picking up the phone, so we went into the restaurant for assistance. They were very helpful and accommodating to our family.

Comfortable rooms and amenities, stayed for four nights but wish I had stayed longer. Restaurant next door is also great. The rooms are well equipped and mine had a lake view, it is situated on the lake side. The staff made me feel very welcome and were extremely friendly. I will definitely be staying again in the Autumn. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The room was very clean and had a wonderful view, we had a fantastic treatment from Sylvia and her family, they adviced us about what to do in only two days along the Como lake. Romantic building and environment
