Haven't tried this dirty hotel, disgraceful to the Wyndham hotel brand. The sheets were yellow, and the towels had black footprints, so I dared not use them at all. There are traces in the bathtub and urine marks in the toilet.
The sound insulation is very poor. I heard different people coming in and out all night laughing and laughing loudly. In the parking lot downstairs, people kept pressing the car lock, and I basically never slept.
The only advantage is that it is located in the city center, and there is food at 11 o'clock.

First room no tv that worked. Then 2nd room they moved me to had no heat, no remote to TV. Desk clerk wanted me to download an app for a remote. Didn't work for several different apps per desk clerk. I ended up not staying there and my debit card was charged for 2 nights. Desk clerk advised the manager would do it in the morning but it was not refunded to the card.

The staff were extraordinarily courteous and helpful. The rooms are about on par with the Motel 6 remodels, so nice compared to some others. I live about an hour and a half away, but will stay here again when i jave to stay overnight.

The rooms are horrible. I had to push the door closed so it would close. Room numbers are written on blue masking tape. The bed only had a sheet for a blanket. The rooms don’t get cleaned every day and you don’t even have a tag to hang on the door to request room cleaning. The hotel itself is a ********* central. The toilet tank kept on filling every five minutes. The side entry door into the hotel is completely broken and the building is not secured whatsoever. for a downtown hotel. It is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in downtown. stay as far away as possible from this property.

It's a lot nicer since the renovation and I rather like the place and will definitely stay here when I am ever needing a room. And the staff or the front desk lady who is almost 40 was very awesome and a great employee who was very helpful with the early check in. She definitely deserves a raise for sure.

The toilet backed up all in both of the rooms. The first I was in backed up. Then they move me to another room and then that one

I am assuming they are going through a remodel, but the first room we were given was not cleaned from the previous guests and when given our new room the tv did not work nor did they try to fix it. Also got no runing water in the sink when we went to use it the next morning. Overall not a great stay, hopefully the remodel works out for them!

Property did not have extra pillows. Was not stocked with a full roll of toilet paper. Asked about the free breakfast thay was not there and was told "We do offer it, we have coffee". No hot water for the rooms.
