Hotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice.
The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.

Noisy people in lobby area disrupted our night more than once. Staff was not professional looking. No telephone in our room. Mold in the shower. Toilet didn't flush good.

Upon checking into our room, I showered and stood 3 inches of water. We reported the problem to the front desk in the morning and informed them we would be gone all day so they could look at the shower. After returning, they informed us it was fixed. It was not.
Then, they had a large wedding in the banquet hall, and they allowed the guests to yell and scream all night long in the atrium.
Upon checkout, we complained, and their manager apologized and informed us we would be getting a full refund. That never happened even after numerous calls.
Save your money. The hotel is dirty, loud, and in poor condition.

There is a very strong smell in the vestibule (a lot of hotels use it now, I dont like it but it was a LOT). The heat in the room was terrible, either hot or cold, and the fan was very loud. The hairdryer in the room was broken (a replacement was brought up, much appreciated). The blinds were stuck and took quite a bit of effort to get the shade down. The plumbing in the bathtub was old, not labeled and confusing. The elevator is very slow, disconcertingly so. For the price I expected better.
The staff were great, friendly and courteous.

This hotel has started renovations but seemed to have stalled. Definitely needs an update. We were put in a handicapped room (which wasn’t needed and not selected when booking).

Liked the options of accessible rooms. Unfortunately it still had a tub rather than a walk in shower. No blinds for sleeping, they were not working. Stuck. And no phone in the room. How would they have been reached if hotel emergency???
