Great location for a shopping trip and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff polite and helpful

Lovely brief stay. We used the hotel for convenience to the shopping centre and leisure complex. It was a short walk. We had lovely views over the lake and lots if entertainment watching people on the aqua park. Room comfy and a good sleep. Highly recommend if your room is lakeside.

The hotel is very conveniently situated near the M25 and is ideally suited for tjise travelling through the area or wishing to explore the area. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The ladies on reception were very pleasant and made you feel welcome. Dawn the lady who dealt with me was excellent, very helpful indeed. She is a credit to Travelodge. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very good hotel with walkable access to Lakeside Shopping Centre, there is a boardwalk and a floating obstacles course on the lake. I recommend the hotel breakfast because the size very big for the price, children eat for free. When checking in ask for a lakeside view to get a lakeside view.

The hotel was good and staff very Pleasant, but it was the worst night sleep I’ve ever had. Was awoken at 2:20 am to the road outside the hotel being used as a drag race meeting. There was approximately 30 cars using the road between the two roundabouts as a race track. This went on for 3/4 of an hour before the police arrived. Not able to add the videos of the noise that the cars were making.

First time staying in a Travelodge & will definitely return. Our room was clean & comfortable & we slept really well. Breakfast was better than expected as there were plenty of plant based options to choose from. Staff incredibly friendly & helpful.

We needed to stay over for a family funeral for a couple of nights. This was the best solution, we found the Travelodge at Lakeside very central for our needs. Well priced and located. Lakeside is only a couple of mins walk away and more shops a few mins away in the other direction. Food was good and plentyful. I would stay again if in the area.

Bed very comfy. Staying here for a while and Jasmin & Chantelle have been very friendly towards me. Great banter and customer service. 24 hour bar. Serves breakfast and dinner if interested. Easy to walk to Lakeside Shopping Centre. Ask for a lake view! From Darren

I use the hotel fairly often probably at least once a month. The hotel itself is a typical Travelodge, you get what you get. The thing that makes this one stand out is the staff. They are very professional and friendly. I advise if you have any problems talk to them.
