Super 8 by Wyndham St. Louis North

I’ve had a great stay here thanks to the employees! The area was different but still loved it. That’s the whole idea of traveling! Definitely recommend it!!😁

It’s was an ok last min booking for a stay …. My room smelled like cologne and cigarettes, one pillowcase was dirty, the hair blow dryer did not work make sure you pack toothpaste!!!but overall 5/10 INCLUDED BREAKFASTS WAS A plus !!!!!!!!

Our family in the area advised it was very unsafe, but we had no safety issues. It was noisy and the walls were very thin. Folks were up and in and out at all hours of the night and it woke up my kiddos.

Great. Big room with comfy bed and stands on both sides of bed with outlets!! Seating plus a desk and nice bath.

I saw all the mixed reviews but I still decided to give it a chance with this hotel. Worst mistake ever. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and snatched my ID then yelled at me, after the rude check in I got to my room. I already had a horrible feeling because the elevators smelled of urine and my room was right across from the elevator. The room itself was a nightmare. There were holes in the walls, the ceiling was leaking, the sink was broken, the bathroom was filthy, the sheets had burn holes in them, blood stains on them as well and the phone in the room did not work. I was disgusted. Absolutely terrible. The entire environment was the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. I ended up getting a full refund and leaving immediately. I didn’t even stay for 20 minutes before I left.

The hotel really was not worth the price . If my Truck was not in the shop next to this hotel I would not have stayed at this place.

We had an issue with plumbing at home and had to find a hotel that was close by for convenience, the reviews seemed outrageous at first but were so accurate. The very first room we were checked in had wet grape jelly on the sheets. The bed was noticeably sunken in and upon further investigation, the rail in the middle was laying on the floor detached from the bed. The covers and sheets had cigarette holes in them, the small couch also had cigarette holes in them with big stains. The air conditioner was dirty. I took a Disinfecting wipe and wiped the surface to see if it would come off and it did with ease meaning housekeeping really isn't doing their job. The room was so bad that we asked to be switched to another one which they did with ease but the 2nd room was just as bad. Dark splatter all over the ceiling. Couldn't tell if it was dried blood from a fight, soy sauce or soda. This room was a non smoking room unlike the first and it was cigarette holes on the covers again, and the couch was stained too. Same with the air conditioner being dirty and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken and they put clear tape on it to keep it in place I swear I can not make this up! It could barely hold the towels up. The paint on the ceiling was hanging in the room and bathroom. It was stains on the wall in the bathroom that came off easily with another Disinfecting wipe letting me know again, housekeeping not really doing their job. We also seen 2 roaches. I have pictures as well.

The hotel smelled really bad, asked the front desk person about the smell. He acted as if there wasn’t a smell in the hotel. The smell was smoke as if there had been a fire. That hotel is horrible and needs new owners and management

The shower was hot but absolutely no pressure. It was more of a dribble than a shower. There was also a car broken into.
