Everyone there was lovely and our room was perfect for our cats while we moved. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! I especially liked the ample space in the rooms to spread out. All the counter space, storage and shelves were perfect for a scrapbooking weekend. Very ample room to spread things out, plus a sitting area. I loved the cheery colorful decor and the full kitchen! The malted waffles made great breakfast fare also! Lovely breakfast area that was never too crowded.

We were in town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. At first the stay started off great. I was able to check in fast annd easy and front desk woman was great. Got into the room and it had a lot of nice amenities. I’m not a very picky person, but I noticed right away the bed wasn’t made very good. Untucked edges and not neat and tidy at all. We found several short brown hairs on the pillows. I began to wonder if the pillow cases were clean. The refrigerator had a lot of crumbs on the edge and under it. But the worst was the next morning. Check out was 11am. At 10:50am, we received a knock on our door, it was housekeeping. I said “oh check out is at 11, correct?” And she was very rude in her “yes” scoffing response with her cart parked outside our room door. As I closed the door she was just waiting outside our room. I then went downstairs to put stuff in my car, while My 15 yr old daughter was still in the room grabbing all her stuff. This woman then OPENED the door to our room on my daughter!!! No knocking just came right in! This was still before 11am!! This is completely unacceptable! The front desk staff was phenomenal but the cleaning crew will make me never stay at this hotel again!

The Saturday evening front desk manager was pleasant and professional. She was very efficient. A pleasant change in today's business. Thank you.

We needed a room with 3 beds for after a surgical procedure in the area. The room with the pull out couch worked perfect for our situation. Staff was very helpful. We will be back!

It was great. From the time we checked in to the time we left. Comfy beds, roomy, breakfast was good, bathroom was clean. Great place to stay.

Really liked the amenities in the room. Room was a great size for 4 people. We never felt cramped. Location is very close to shopping and restaurants

It was a wonderful over night stay and easy to get to the airport. What would have been nice was to have a early breakfast for the ones who had a early flight even if it was coffee, juice, muffin and yogurt it was something offered for the early flight instead of waiting until 7 o’clock for the breakfast.
