The breakfast is rich, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, the hotel staff is warm! We are three people, booked in Ctrip, have arranged an extra bed when arriving at the hotel, very satisfied, the room is large, the suitcase can be tiled! The hotel is very close to the high-speed exit and there is an underground car park that is very safe. We went to the city and the Alhambra for a taxi. The hotel can call the car because the road in Granada is very narrow. We are not very confident that we drive. This hotel receives tours. Consider dinner at the lobby bar or in the lobby restaurant. The service is especially good, the staff is also very good at English, and the paella is delicious!

My husband and I went to this hotel during our honeymoon. It looked great online, with 5 star ratings. On our first night there, we had no hot water. There is a rainfall shower and a shower attachment in the bathtub. We spent the whole day outside and were looking forward to a shower. The water was cold int he rainfall shower and barely lukewarm in the bathtub. We called the front desk, and a man came by and said our options were either cold showers tonight or to shower in the spa. The next night, we requested a different room in which the showers were hot. We were then told it was a problem in the whole hotel and they were trying to find us a room. They gave us a handicap accessible room, which would have been fine except the toilet was in the shower. We requested a different room, and the hotel agent confirmed the water would be warm. I was very excited to have a shower, and I had 2 minutes of lukewarm water and then it was cold again. Granada was already wet and chilly, and this really dampened our stay. No refund or discount was offered. I didn’t have a warm shower the whole time I was there, which for a 5 star hotel is ridiculous.

Waiting for Check in, a large cup of freshly squeezed orange juice was delivered. The room facilities were also very modern. The first time the toilet was equipped with washlet. When I came back from a trip, the room sent a plate of ginkgo, cheese and ham dings and biscuits to replenish energy. Going out to eat everywhere, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, can actually enjoy the cheap Tapas. Breakfast is ordered according to the menu, very delicious. The only downside is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the local area is very dry, but after telling the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion - shampoo and other toiletries are L'Occitane.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

Stayed on honeymoon. All aspects were great and the staff are very friendly. The location, service and facilities were all a great experience. Also the Alhambra Palace from the hotel rooftop bar was very nice too. If you have anything to come to Granada next time, this is the hotel you want to stay again.

Found it easily. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and a good size and the bathroom was very roomy. The bed was enormous but, as is often the case, it was 2 large single pushed together and not one double mattress. However given the size of each that wasn’t too much of a problem. The room safe is not secured to a wall but screwed to a panel in the wardrobe. It could have easily been removed had anyone got into the room. Also there was no kettle in the room but that is not unusual these days. The hotel restaurant was good and well priced with a range of interesting dishes and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was only 10 minute stroll from the final stop of the airport bus which was great.

The hotel is located in a very nice location, which is accessible only through the back. The entrance is located on a large square, inaccessible to cars. We read that there are limited parking facilities at the hotel itself and the parking places cost 24 euros per night. This is not a problem for one or two nights, but we stay 11 days so we chose to use the nearby. The hotel is very friendly and is quite modern. The staff is friendly, rooms are beautiful and clean. The rooms are supplemented every day. We get a spa voucher. We have to use it. We only have accommodation, but the cafeteria at the hotel looks nice and the price of the consumption is reasonable. The hotel is located a quiet walk from the city centre. With 20 minutes' walk from the cathedral. For public transport, you must first cross the large square for the hotel.

First of all, when we asked her about driving in Granada’s restricted circulation area, Maria at the reception had a defensive and somewhat ”arrogant” attitude. We just wanted to know if the hotel bill or theirs could be passed. If mediation can be requested, it reaches our claim that we enter the hotel well through the mobility restricted routing loop. We just want to know if they can tell us to solve this problem, but we get a defensive attitude and ”hand washing . We appreciate the superficial cleanliness of the room and we found a used mask under the bed! This purpos-built family owned and operated hostel just on the outskirts of the city centre was a great experience. As a solo senior traveller I was made to feel welcome, and any & all questions, requests were dealt with promptly. I stayed four nights in a six-bed female dorm with a private bathroom (all the rooms have private bathroom) that was bright, & cleaned every day. Great kitchen/eating area downstairs, across from a lounge with TV, etc. A good continental breakfast was well worth a five Euro option. Just down the street there was a great local bar called Taberna Britannia, and another just around the corner in the other direction. Great for tapas and beer or wine, and total immersion in Spanish. Just a little further down and around the corner was a fresh fruit and produce shop within five minutes walking distance. Four days were not enough. I did tour the Alhambra, and enjoyed a walking tour of the old city, by donation. However, the highlight for me was a Flamenco performance at Jardines de Zoraya restaruant. Can't wait to go back.

I recently stayed at the Occidental Granada hotel and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location is perfect - it's within walking distance to many of Granada's top attractions. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and my room was no exception. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated most about my stay was the quality of sleep I got. The bed and a set of pillows were very comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's rest every night. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Occidental Granada hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Granada.

Hotel location is good, the side is the monastery, there is no parking space to stop the paid parking lot, 20 euros a day, we are four hours a day, receiving 28 euros. The room is OK, breakfast is average but no problem. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the Old Town and the Cathedral, 9.5 Euros (10 minutes) to the Alhambra, and a 40-minute walk (the mountain road is not easy). It is said that you can take the bus.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a tour of classical Spain. This hotel is well situated, there’s a 10-15 minute walk up to the city centre, passing some interesting squares with plenty of opportunity for refreshments. Check in and out was very efficient. There is a small bar area, and there was a reasonably decent buffet breakfast served, which we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy at leisure unfortunately. Sadly we didn’t have the opportunity to try the swimming pool. Our room 314 was cool and of a good size, clean and well maintained. There was good air con, a safe and a fridge, no kettle though. The bed as often out here was 2 big singles put together, firm and comfortable though. There’s the benefit of a reliable satellite tv signal whilst relaxing in your room. The main benefit is the hotel’s excellent location though, a good base from which to explore this fine city.

Fatal, quite disappointed with the room, here there is no soul, two people made up, the bathroom distributed in three parts of the room, a shower, whose door gives the room directly, the washing room in the middle, and a toilet with a minimum door, that if you are a little broad you don't enter. In addition, when we arrived, we had to warn the girl that there was a compress (not ours) after the toilet and I went to clean it, but the bed as we arrived was better swept not know that ... There was nothing more than one type of juice at breakfast, They have no lactose-free milk, and people bring their own food, logical because this is lost from the hand of God and here Sundays there is no place to eat. The deal has been good, but my back and that of my partner are moulded, we can't do any more, as well as a portfolio with documentation has disappeared.
