I’m sorry to deduct stars for this hotel as there is much about it to enjoy and we did. The concierge was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and it’s a great location for the city but ……. 1. Having a roof top bar is an asset. We were encouraged by the reception staff to visit it as it has stunning views. I asked if you had to book and was told no, open from 7. It does have stunning views as we discovered when we went up there but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday! Why? It’s peak tourist season and we were encouraged to go up there ! Very disappointing. 2. The breakfast buffet was good but there was only one person clearing and laying tables and making sure supplies were replenished. There were queues for bread, juice , bacon and eggs. It was 9am. Shame as it’s a great location .

Stayed on honeymoon. All aspects were great and the staff are very friendly. The location, service and facilities were all a great experience. Also the Alhambra Palace from the hotel rooftop bar was very nice too. If you have anything to come to Granada next time, this is the hotel you want to stay again.

Waiting for Check in, a large cup of freshly squeezed orange juice was delivered. The room facilities were also very modern. The first time the toilet was equipped with washlet. When I came back from a trip, the room sent a plate of ginkgo, cheese and ham dings and biscuits to replenish energy. Going out to eat everywhere, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, can actually enjoy the cheap Tapas. Breakfast is ordered according to the menu, very delicious. The only downside is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the local area is very dry, but after telling the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion - shampoo and other toiletries are L'Occitane.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

My husband and I went to this hotel during our honeymoon. It looked great online, with 5 star ratings. On our first night there, we had no hot water. There is a rainfall shower and a shower attachment in the bathtub. We spent the whole day outside and were looking forward to a shower. The water was cold int he rainfall shower and barely lukewarm in the bathtub. We called the front desk, and a man came by and said our options were either cold showers tonight or to shower in the spa. The next night, we requested a different room in which the showers were hot. We were then told it was a problem in the whole hotel and they were trying to find us a room. They gave us a handicap accessible room, which would have been fine except the toilet was in the shower. We requested a different room, and the hotel agent confirmed the water would be warm. I was very excited to have a shower, and I had 2 minutes of lukewarm water and then it was cold again. Granada was already wet and chilly, and this really dampened our stay. No refund or discount was offered. I didn’t have a warm shower the whole time I was there, which for a 5 star hotel is ridiculous.

The second city in Spain, mainly for the A Palace. The road to the top of the mountain is rugged, and the intricate roads are desperate, but if you are there, congratulations, this is a must-see. It is recommended to take a taxi and the local driver is still very familiar with the terrain. Don't believe in Google Maps there, ask the front desk for a map, he will ask you where to go, and then draw a good route for you. This is not enough. You have to remember the landmark building for your downhill route. It is best to take a photo, or you will really kill you... The apartment is like a small garden. Each room type is loft design. On the small terrace, buy two bottles of local beer at the grocery store at the front desk and sit on the small terrace at night. The architecture of the Albayzin district is very characteristic and Moorish. The observation deck is careful to thieves and it is recommended to return early at night. Go to the main road and pay attention to safety.

I stayed in a mixed room again because of greed. The French guys went out to drink at 11:30 and came back when I got up at 6 AM. I didn’t wake them up. They didn’t wake me up. We woke up the American guys together. . It’s also an oasis. It’s a Kette, but it’s much better than the shower room in the Lisbon Oasis. The shower room in the Lisbon Oasis is a bathtub. The shower room here is at least, uh, a shower room. Please note that you have to slow down when entering Spain because the Spanish is 50% worse in English than you. The public area is very comfortable, no bad places can be found, except for the place is a bit difficult to find, but at any rate it is still in the downtown area, and then the roads of Granada would have been turned around, so I can’t blame it. The shops selling souvenirs near the Youth Hostel are a bit expensive, don't buy them with more than one and fifty cents.

We stayed for two nights for our first visit to Granada. The location is just a short walk in any direction from various points of interest. Very near the cathedral area which is a warren of shops, restaurants, bars and souvenir stores. In another direction the Plaza Nueva from where you can walk up to Alhambra. Staff were very friendly and called us a cab for our return to the train station. Breakfast was enjoyable in the outdoor courtyard. Our room had a safe and we had no problem with noise from the busy lanes around the hotel. Overall an excellent value and the location allowed us to make the most of our time in this very enjoyable town.

Our stay in Inglaterra was unexpectedly pleasant!The hotel is established in an old building so well kept and beautiful! Similar to a homestay, self-service check-in, although some minor conflicts occurred during the check-in process, because there was no front desk, the phone could not be answered. Fortunately, the call was returned after ten minutes. The telephone receptionist could speak English, so the check-in was quickly resolved. Everything is shown in the picture, the environment is very comfortable and suitable for a family to live in. (The only downside is that the bedding is average, it doesn’t feel like pure cotton) There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is very good. There is a small supermarket just a little behind, it’s very convenient to go anywhere~ It is worth noting that the check out time is 11:00. Can not be delayed (because there are guests coming later) we booked the next itinerary to depart again at 4:00 PM, there is no place to store luggage. In order not to affect the itinerary, store the luggage in the nearby B&B Hotel, 7 euros per piece can be stored for one day. Overall cost-effective.
